Steve and his team did a wonderful and professional job! We love the end results of the renovation! Alan Mikol was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was willing to have his crew perform additional work not included in our contract such as installing a toilet and faucet we purchased. He even had Randy install, free of charge, outside lights we bought after renovation. Steve and Randy are both very experienced in their trade and their work was perfection! There was no follow up work needed from us after the renovation was done. The crew even cleaned up every day at the end of the work day! We highly recommend A.M. Windows and Construction for their work.

They did a real nice job.

Very excellent work and quality.  The workers were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  They were punctual and very hard working.  Everything that they did was done the "right" way with no shortcuts taken.  I would very highly recommend this company.  Finally, the icing on the cake was that each day they cleaned up after themselves. They also went to great effort to cover and protect carpet and furniture from dirt or damage. The owner is willing to go above and beyond to help in any way that he could and even did a few small side jobs just as a professional courtesy.  This type of integrity is not often seen in this day and age.

They are extremely clean, polite, and we did not hesitate to allow the workers to stay in the house when we had to leave.  They are totally trustworthy.  They offered advise when asked. We are unable to move many heavy items and/or funiture, therefore, they moved them for us. They cleaned everyday when they completed their work. We would not hesitate hiring them for any project in the future.  We would very highly recommend them!

Contractor brought all samples to the home and spent  time helping to choose materials.  With his degree in design, he was extremely helpful.  All work was done by his employees and wasn't begun until all items were available.  They worked non-stop until the job was completed, 8 days.  The workers were very courteous and accommodating. The contractor used quality materials and workmanship was superior.  The workers cleaned up each day and hauled away job related debris each day.

Although the price was on the high end, the contractor provided services, expertise, and high quality which are often hard to find these days.

 

We have worked with A & M on over 5 different remodeling projects, including adding an addition and deck, a major revision of our kitchen and dining room, a make-over of 1 and 1/2 baths, and major revision of our master bath.  While you will probably pay a bit more using A & M, the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the work are well worth the extra cost.  Everyone in this organization is a true professional.  Alan Mikol, the owner and lead designer of the company, is always pleasure to work with.  The most significant advantages of working with A & M are: 1) the cost estimate is, provided you don't make any mid-project revisions, exactly what the estimate says it will be, 2) the work will be done on or before the estimated date of completion, 3) all of the craftsmen are polite, respectful, and provide the highest quality work, 4) the worksite, your home, will be as clean at the end of a work day as it was at the beginning and the impact to the rest of your home will be as minimal as possible, finally, 5) everything you need from carpet and tile, through lighting and electrical work, to cabinets and countertops are chosen by you by reviewing samples in your home and then customized to your project.
We have personally referred A & M to numerous people and will continue to do so in the future.

These folks were fantastic to work with. Alan is a talented designer and contractor. Randy and the rest of the crew are outstanding. They completed all of this work in22 workdays, were here everyday - consistently working from 7:30 until 3:30 every day. Their clean up was extraordinarily thorough and only exceeded by their craftsmanship. I really can't say enough good things. They also went above and beyond. E.g, they installed some of our old cabinets in our laundry room, touched up paint on our stairs and cleaned up an outdoor hand railing : none of these were on the contract. They were so pleasant to work with too.

The staff on site was punctual and cleaned up everything, even the vents that were loaded with the construction dirt and they were vacuumed out.  We ended up having an issue with the windows, a year later and they came out and ended up replacing one of the windows.  Integrity is a critical component when dealing with contractors and this organization is above and beyond.  I would recommend them for windows and remodeling services. I waited until we had the windows for a few years to provide an assessment of their craftmanship.  Excellent work.

He was very, very neat and professional.

We have used A&M for several remodeling portions of our House. Their work has been outstanding. While they are not cheap they have excellent ideas and a professional approach to the installation. I appreciate the approach that once the job has been started they work until completed. We have recommended them to several people and all have been pleased  with the results.

Everything he does is excellent. He is reliable and does professional work. He doesn't use subs. He comes when he says he will. They are very courteous and always clean up after themselves.
