Mike and Jake showed up 6-16-17 and fixed a problem I had been having for years resulting in overflow drainage and siding staining. The last estimate for repair had been $450 to put a plastic liner and valve to shut off the unit [!] when it backed up. My question about why it was happening to begin with went unanswered except that was how the units were supposed to work. Mike showed up and knew right away it was how the drainage line was plumbed resulting in an airblock that was the problem. It cost $228 for a permanent repair [+ other charges for service to both units] I told Mike I was pathetically grateful and I still am! Everything else was equally great. I would recommend this company without reservation!
