As a former contractor (with a bad back) JD did everything I wanted and more - his perserverance and attention to detail are outstanding AND he stands behind his work. If one has a problem or a concern he is there promplty to take care of it. As an example the termite guy noted that some wood forms were left in the crawl space. I called Doug and her was there the next morning. We have had no nail pops but one drywall seam did crack and he had a gentleman out to fix it within a few days after he looked at it and he almost always has a smile and a cheerful word.
