Lon the plumber was here all day; Joe Johnson was here at the start of the day but then left. I spent the rest of the day assisting Lon in any way I could, after Joe left. After the work was done, it turns out that there was a small leak in one of the plastic pipes that serves the bathroom. I immediately called Joe to bring this to his attention. I left him at least 6-8 voicemails in the next 3 days, and I got no response. I even sent a fax to the owner Paul Myers after leaving the voicemails and heard nothing back from him. After the 3 days, Joe left me a voicemail claiming that he was ready to help me further but at that point I thought I was being taken so I put a stop payment on my check. I brought that to their attention, and started to receive follow up calls once they knew. I did get the problem repaired by someone else. My overall experience with Joe was very unprofessional and he showed extremely poor customer service. There was no follow up, even when I resubmitted my payment to them. It was part of the agreement that someone would be back out to test the water. Lon on the other hand was a hard worker, very efficient and very professional. There were absolutely no problems with his responsibilities. The system seems to be working fine but I give credit to both Lon and his workmanship, and the equipment itself.
