Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and polite.  I did note that for some of their standard services their prices seem high, but with coupons (which are readily available) they are quite reasonable.  Their shop was clean and seemed well organized.

I have used Bower's a number of times for my vehicles, I have bought tires there and also had them look into other automotive issues. Every time, they have been courteous, professional and honest. They always call before doing something that will cost me extra money. They have flexible hours and will work your vehicle in if you can drop it off. Their price is very good if you purchased your tires there, as they give you free rotation, then couple that with a coupon for $20 alignment and I'm one happy driver.

They are very clean. They are very professional. They are honest, and they show me the part if they taken a part off. They are just excellent. They charge based on whatever they do, but they do oil change for $35. They rotate the tires and they check the filters. They do everything.
