Bob T was very unethical we did the basement with this person ..quality of work is very bad especially painting (lot of patches and uneven surfaces), window frame, flooring not installed smoothly, bathroom (water flooded twice) pump installation was poor paid full amount before completing the remaining work the communication was very rude after the payment never honored these fixes.

Bob and his crew went above and beyond to give us the basement we hoped for. Our basement was finished with fantastic attention to detail. Bob took the time to go over every detail before he began the remodel, then kept us updated throughout the process. We wanted our basement ready in time for our first family gathering in our new home and Suburban G.C met the deadline as they promised. We would recommend Bob and his crew to anyone looking to add a high quality finished space to their home.

Bob and his team are absolute professionals. They did all the work exactly as agreed. They are very accommodative when we had some changes during the course of finishing our basement. The project was finished within the agreed up on timeframe and there were no delays in the project. They are very reasonable in pricing also. Mitch Sternberg and his team installed a partition wall with a door in my basement to convert a corner of the basement into a home office. The work was top-notch and looks like it was part of the home's design all along. Mitch also worked with me on schedule and completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality.

He was out the next day and gave me a quote within 24 hours. His communication skills are 10/5. He always picks his phone up and or will text you right back. His work has been fantastic. He is quick and pays attention to the details. My wife and I are very happy with our new basement. We have Bob doing other work for us. His prices are very reasonable and doesn't nickel and dime you on everything. He does a lot of the work himself but the stuff he outsources is managed and the people he brings in are great and affordable too. All and All I will be a customer for life.
