They were good and professional

Absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Revivals to anyone. They put a new roof on my house in 2018 and put in 19 new windows in 2019. Jim and his crew are wonderful to work with and do a great job. They show up when they say they're going to show up, Jim is great about communicating with people and their prices can't be beat.

Revival is a very professional company who provided a complete, detailed estimate. They were able to schedule the work quickly so that we could meet deadlines for our sales agreement. The price was very reasonable and the work completed in one day. They did a complete cleanup and protected our and our neighbors' lawns and shrubs from damage. Very pleased with the results.

It went well. I was charged extra to cap the front windows in the final bill. I was not told it was going to be an extra charge. Overall the house looks great.

The work was very simple and straightforward. 
1. There was a window leak.  Both windows needed to be sealed with silicone.
2. The light box was a little bit loose.  It needed to be resecured.
3. There was one loose vinyl siding panel, which needed to be reattached.
On Aug 3, Chris and his assistant stopped by my place. Within 30 minutes, Chris alone 'completed' all the work.  I was told 'if any issue, call Jim and he will take care of it'.
Later I found out that Chris only sealed one window instead of two as described in the work order. He only sealed the top of one window instead of the other edges.  The window leak still exists.  The light box is still loose after the fix.  It does not look symmetric comparing to the light box on the other side of the main entrance. 
During the few weeks after the work, I tried to contact the company regarding the work quality via emails (at least twice) and phone calls (at least four times).  I never received any email response.  For all the phone calls, I was told Jim (the owner) would call me back.  It never happened.
In addition, I strongly feel that it's very much overpriced.  The work was completed within 30 minutes, about half of time was spent on the light box. All the work was basically one-man's job (and that's also what I observed).  I am not sure the normal hour rate for a handyman, but I do not think over $500 per hour is within any reasonable range. Plus there is almost no cost for any material or parts.

Contractor replaced roof, flashing, ridge vent, etc. Everything went smooth and was done on time as scheduled.

It took them over a month to remove their sign out front of my property.

Only issue was whether or not they replaced the dryer vent at the back of the roof. I had to have another contractor check it since dyer wasn't working and they found there was a screen left on the vent itself.

So far no damage was done to roof. I am still waiting for a response regarding the final inspection from GAF. I will have to contact the office manager for the third time for an answer.

I actually used them before I joined you guys and they are just not very reliable. They don't stand behind their work. The roof ended up having problems and the gutters were not engineered properly to put the water away from my property so I've had problems with water. I've had to call several other companies to get it fixed.
The guy had my number in his cell phone and he kept confusing it with one of his workers, so he kept calling my house and leaving messages for his guy to come into work the next day. It got to the point that I was furious with him. I had to tell him to take my number out of his phone.

Excellent communication from the start. I communicated quite a bit with the office manager through e-mail and all of my questions were answered quickly. The owner of the company was also quick to answer some questions I had regarding the materials being used and the warranty. I was comfortable during the entire process and never felt like I was being ignored or taken advantage of. They really know how to treat their customers. Installation of the roof (1100 sq ft) was completed in about 6 hours and the foreman was very personable and answered questions I had during installation. The crew cleaned up EVERYTHING, including debris that had fallen on my neighbor's deck. I checked the attic during a rainstorm today and found no leaks. I got 5 estimates before I decided on Revival Home Improvements and they were the lowest estimate. Sometimes it's not a bad idea to go with the lowest estimate because I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I wholeheartedly recommended Revival Home Improvements.

I was very displeased with the owner of the company and his lack of concern for my concerns throughout the project. The workmanship was okay but the communication was a complete disaster

Service was outstanding. They came in with a great price and were very knowledgable about what was needed to be done and why. They actually showed up over a week early to complete repairs. I had just spoken with Liz in the office that morning about getting on the schedule for repairs and then a couple hours later they showed up to complete the repairs. Even better was that he suggested to wait to clean the gutters until all the leaves were down from the trees rather than do it now and have to do it again. Awesome service and would use them again in the future that is for sure!

After the flashing was replaced, we still had a leak. Came back out and re-did caulk around flashing. Still had a leak. Came back and caulked ridge and some exposed nails. No leak since. They did additional work for no extra charge.

Phenomenal service! Called one day and came out same day to look at roof . Two days later, problem fixed. Definitely recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

I used them in February. They came out 2 months ago. They replaced a roof that needed to be repaired. They discussed what shingles to use. They were very professional and cleaned everything up afterwards. I was impressed. They were knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the work that they did. They also put a new vent in and there was no additional charge. I would highly recommend them.

I was at at my office when the work was initially done. When I came home to inspect the completed job I was NOT happy. There was damage done to my siding, the front yard was a muddy mess, litter was left behind, a screen was ripped, a hole in the barn roof was shingled over without the wood being replaced. I sent the owner and email with pictures to document my complaints. To their credit, Revival came out immediately and repaired every issue to our complete satisfaction. They raked an re-seeded the front yard, fixed the siding such that you would never know it had been damaged, replaced the screen, etc. I honestly believe that that the initial, unprofessional work that we experienced is not at all typical of Revival. I think it was a new crew that was improperly supervised. I feel this way because of the owners reaction to my complaint. He was genuinely embarassed and upset by what happened and could not do enough, fast enough to fix it. I understand that sometimes bad things happen during a project. What really matters is how the vendor reacts to the customer's complaint. Revival fixed everything properly and quickly. We are very happy with the look of the new roof. Bottom line: I would use them again and reccommend them to friends and neighbors.

They came out as promised, and repaired storm damage to my roof. I did ask for an estimate to get the entire roof replaced and did not receive that, but otherwise good and quick service.

Their bid came in low. They had very good workmanship. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a very good experience.

They did a very good job. They came when they said they would and worked hard until they finished. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were able to do the work right away. They charged the same as their estimate.

We have used them twice. They did a good job. We were very happy with their work.

Revival provided a reasonable estimate of work to be done.Workers started working within one week of estimate, completed work in two days. Excellent workmanship, and no overcharges.

Revival was very responsive from the beginning and always answered our questions within a day. Samples of shingles were brought over quickly upon request. Work was done in a timely manner and the crew showed up at the time they stated.

We had quotes from 2 other roofers but went with Revival because they were the most responsive. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It's a big garage, and I wasn't sure about what all I needed. They were really honest about not overcharging me. They charged me for just what I needed. They cleaned up everything in such a way that we would never even know they were here. They were reasonable. I was really pleased with them. I had another provider come out, and for the same job they gave me an estimate of $5800. Revival Home Improvements gave me an estimate of $1700. The plywood was $40 a sheet depending on what I needed. It was only about $400 more. That was my bill, and I was very pleased with it. The job was timely, and it doesn't seem to be leaking. I would definitely use them again.

Revival arrived on time , were very professional and careful of our property. We were a little disappointed in the power washing of the fascia, but overall the house looks 100% better.
