+ 0 moreInitially the work went well. However, there was no coordination and there was use of "questionable" subcontractors and helpers. Payments were made out of sequence (my mistake) and there was no incentive for him to finish the job.
Description of Work: Hired John Brauning to build an 800 square foot addition to my existing home. John is a good carpenter but is NOT a general contractor.
