Looked good until I found out no one gives 1 year warranties on roofing that gets done they give at least 10 or 15 year warranties, he is a con man who is very friendly but either has no idea what he is doing or does and dupes the ignorant like myself, he bragged how he put on the first rubber roof in the Lehigh valley years ago and how it would last forever, any reputable roofer I found out rips off the preexisting rotten roof and repairs weak spots first, he did none of that and 2 years later I’m stuck doing it again.
