Absolute Painting

Very bad worker. Russ Metil damages peoples property when working on other jobs. They recently painted the fire escape at the Palace Theater in Greensburg on October 10, 2023 and refuse to provide insurance information. Very bad business people. Filed a police report. Going to Palace to see if they got his insurance information before starting the work. Don’t use them for anything. I gave him the option of having the car washed. He said he’s not paying nothing, because the Greensburg police and State police are his friends. He went further to say, his insurance company said it was ok, and don’t give out the insurance information.

He was good at first and did the job and guaranteed it. Was decent upon calling me back till I said there is a problem and I called numerous times since and text and he said its a maintance issue that it needs to be painted regularly. It has only been 6 months and the rust is showing back through and the paint is peeling in places. He wont return my calls or texts.

Not Well. It took FOREVER to get Russ to start the work on my house. He was SLOW in responding to my text messages - IF he bothered to respond AT ALL. I was NOT HAPPY with the work he did (the wood he repaired/painted looks SLOPPY and the stain on the ceiling he sealed and painted over is STILL VISIBLE.) I have photos. Despite his written promise to come back to my home the last two weekends to fix the wood and paint the ceiling again - HE NEVER SHOWED. I regret hiring this contractor.

Cleaned the house ext, scrapped old paint off painted all trim foundation and house Russ was great to work with. He performed all item we discussed. He was easy to work with and was a man if his word. I deal with Euss only on the phone because I live out if state and travel for my work. I need someone I could trust and Russ can through.
