Rich is an honest and trustworthy professional in his industry.  We have found him to be respectful of our wishes, but not afraid to make suggestions when we ask.  He was kind to our children who were always curious about what he was doing, and he always took the time to explain to us how he was going about things.  Rich realizes that when you do a project there are always things that pop-up, and he was always willing to discuss our options or allow us to alter our contract parameters to add things if we chose to do so.  Rich is timely, prompt, present on the days he promises to be there, finishes on time, stays on cost based upon his estimate, and takes pride in his work.   We will without hesitation contact Rich again for all our future home improvement project needs.
