Door Service
We have a couple doors coming off the front porch. So he brought us a book and sent us his son to do the door. This was in 2010. We paid him for the door $877.00. We paid him another $400 for the installation, a total of $1277. He never finished it and said that it was too cold in that December and that the siding would just crack. The entry way is like the middle of Alaska because the door is just not finished. The main contractor is Jay Lucas and his son is Allen Lucas. They also installed the roof on my neighbor’s house and it has had issues with leaking.
