That is not our standard of cleaning and there is no excuse for this. It is important to me that my clients are satisfied. "I am so sorry you were disappointed with our service. If we had know we could have done something about it immediately. We do guarantee our work. We work with cleaners that are not strong with chemical odors, We find that many of our clients appreciate that. Our employees washed all of your baseboards, window sills, door frames, doors. Cleaned inside the closets per your request. Cleaned and sanitized your bathrooms and kitchen per your request to include inside and outside all of the cabinets. They also cleaned your stove, oven, interior and exterior of your refrigerator-freezer.They vacuumed your carpeting to include edges and corners. They swept and cleaned your bare floors. We have a policy if we are notified within 24 hours we will immediately return and clean what ever we may have missed or you were not satisfied with. We had presented this policy for your review on our original estimate sheet you were given at your estimate with Marie Page. Please accept our apologies."

"Our company policy is if you are not satisfied with the service call our office within 24 hours and we will redo the work for free. We send client satisfaction sheet to all clients homes with the cleaners. If there was an issue we gladly would have taken care of it immediately. One of the most important things is client satisfaction. many times clients do not say anything to the office staff for fear of getting the cleaners in trouble. We can not rectify or correct poor cleaning if we do not know about it. If the cleaners were not made aware of it they can not correct their mistakes. Not everyone cleans the same it was unfortunate that the client was unhappy but if there was anything our company could do to correct this we would."
"The member was informed in the morning due to unforeseen circumstances he probably would not see the girls arrive until about 2:00 pm or later. He was asked if this was a problem at that time he said no that he had dinner plans for later. Our office closes @ 12:00pm on Fridays. he called and left a message @ 2:21pm asking where the cleaning ladies were on the office mailbox.No one gets the message until Monday morning. There is an emergency box he could have left a message and then someone would have gotten back to him asap. The cleaners arrived at 3:00pm, the member sent them away saying he had done his own cleaning and didn't need them. He was contacted by the office staff on Monday morning when it opened. The office tried to explain to him that sometimes other clients may have extra work they may need done and we do not know until the cleaners arrive.. When he started with our service he was told that the only guaranteed time is the first appointment of the day. He wanted to be cleaned @ 11:00am. Whenever possible our office tried to accommodate this but there were times when it could not be done due to taking care of the needs of other clients as well. He did not want to hear any apologies from the office staff. He wanted his service @ 11:00am if he could not have it he was discontinuing service. He requested to speak to the owner to ensure this. We could not guarantee this and the owner was away at the time. She was given the message when she returned . At this time after reviewing the schedule there was no way we could absolutely guarantee we could be there on his cleaning day exactly at 11:00 am as he requested. We had at this point taken it as he had discontinued service with our company."
