Dryer Vent Wizard of Central Pennsylvania

Jerry was prompt and very professional. He replaced the leaking section of my dryer vent. He determined the issue right away. I asked him if I needed to replace the entire run of 8 feet and he said I did not. He was right! I appreciate that he did not try to sell me extra work that was not needed. He used metal elbows instead of flexible tubing so there is a lower chance of them leaking in the future.

Jerry came and performed excellent work and made recommendations on my venting. He also gave me some tips on how to recognize the vent may need cleaning ... such as lint accumulation outside the dryer area (which I had) and the longer dry times.

Great! Jerry was actually early arriving. He looked at vent which was not up to code, made a recommendation and did work right them upon my ok. My dryer vent is now up to code. Jerry was awesome and highly recommend.

Jerry showed up on time, promptly got to work, and got the job done in about an hour. The final cost was right in line with the estimate he emailed from the information I gave him. He was courteous and professional.

Owner/operator arrived on time and was very friendly and professional.  He cleaned out the exhaust vent for the dryer and tested air flow.  He gave us a lower price than expected because the length of the exhaust pipe was shorter than a normal vent.  Work was done quickly, neatly and professionally.  Would definitely recommend him and would call him again if needed.

Jerry came out and informed us at what he had to do, such as inspect the dryer hook-up, the outside exhaust and then he explained what the process would be and the cost after inspecting. He said the flap on the outside could not be repaired because the spring was missing(I knew that) and he would replace the flap with a louvre that would prevent birds and insects from  entering(much better system). He was here about 30-40 min. and did a thorough job. The estimate was right on the mark and was not a surprise. I would recommend him to anyone. Pleasant man, Jerry is.

He did a fabulous job. He was very professional and even took his shoes off in my house. He arrived 10 minutes earlier than I expected and it was so nice not to have to wait. His pricing was more than fair. He could have charged me much more. He taught me about my vent and home improvements I could make to get it working even better. I would recommend him to anyone looking for vent cleaning. He did a perfect job!

They were quick to respond, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and were reasonably priced.  The owner/operator came to evaluate the system, came back the next day, and was here for 3-4 hours.  Working in a crawlspace is not an easy thing and they did a good job.  They system works very well and we would use them again.

He did a great job.  He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.  He returned calls and was very good with communication.  I also felt like his pricing was very fair, and appreciated his choosing to not "up charge" us.  Previously, I've been told we should have our dryer vents cleaned 1x per year, but he indicated that actually every 2-3 years would be more appropriate.  I appreciated his honesty and his desire to not oversell us.

They did a really good job.  The guy was very nice, explained what he was doing and did a great job.

Our dryer was venting inside the home versus to the outside.  Jerry determined that the most cost effective remedy was to reroute the venting through the attic and out the roof versus tearing out drywall and flooring to fix the current venting system.  Jerry did a very professional, neat, and timely effort in building the new dryer venting system.  His efforts are very much appreciated.
