I went perfectly. Not that anyone would ever want to experience a sewer line backup, but if it has to happen, you would definitely want Patty Fiedler and her Technical Restoration team to be the ones to make it "un-happen." The entire affected area was completely cleaned, disinfected, and dried—even the carpeted finished basement—and when all that work was done the cleaned areas looked far better than they did before the backup happened.

Supervisor was hands on and there every step of the way.  Other employee's were kept in the loop and re-testing done at completion and all was perfect.  A tough situation with a good ending.
