Sunburst sent Patrick out to diagnose the issue. Patrick diagnosed a leaky faucet and suggested i replace the faucet and schedule him to return to install it. Sunburst charged $95 for the initial visit AND $75 Fuel & Vehicle surcharge. I was then charged $125 to install the faucet and ANOTHER $75 Fuel and Vehicle surcharge. While Patrick was very nice and did the job well, I think $150 for fuel and vehicle wear and tear is absolutely ridiculous and would NEVER use them again!!
