As soon as I took the car in, they did the work almost immediately and were very professional. The price was very good but later I found another place a little cheaper but I already had inspection done. The only things I didn't like were that they try to talk me into getting other things done, e.g. a timing belt for $500 and more frequent oil changes at 3500 mile intervals. I have read that oil changes that often are unnecessary and you can go 7500-10,000 without a problem. However it is in walking distance from my home so very convenient.

I went to Santilli's for state's vehicle inspection. He notfied that both front lower control arms had to be replaced. The car's control has greatly improved after replacing the control arms.

Santilli's is honest, skilled and dependable. As someone who doesn't know all that much about car repair, I need a mechanic I can trust, who will give me options, who tries to find a solution that will work! I've sent others there who were also pleased. I'd recommend him highly!
