Description of Work: Demolished and removed old stockade fence in city garden and replaced it with a red cedar solid board fence and gate. Carefully aligned fence to match height of neighboring fences. Also broke up concrete around tree in front of house, 3 1/2 feet x 20 feet, added a border of Belgian block and planted the new bed with periwinkle.
