Brian was a total professional. He did a great job. Since it was an insurance claim Brian met with adjuster to ensure we got the best settlement.

New Era did an amazing job on our house. Brian and his team made the whole process so easy for us and they exceeded any expectations we had. It’s tough to find an honest contractor these days but we found exactly that with New Era. We’ve gotten so many compliments from our neighbors and three of them hired New Era to install new siding as well. I can’t recommend New Era enough.

Brian and his team at New Era were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They walked me through each step of the process, answered all of my questions clearly, and were beyond helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable when my insurance company was difficult. I was worried about the hassle and headache of going back and forth between my insurance and New Era, but Brian made sure that didn’t happen and the issue was easily resolved. The crew that came for the removal of my old siding and installation of the new were friendly, extremely hardworking, and kept my yard spotless during the process. I cannot say enough positive things about New Era, and I would recommend them to everyone!

Joe was a great partner to have from start to finish and determining how to move forward with our Roofing project. He was a great communicator throughout the process and made sure any concerns were dealt with timely. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and we were made aware that there could be some unknowns which we did run into, but that was to be expected, considering the age of the roof. Excellent experience from start to finish from New Era Exteriors! Luke found hail & wind damage on my house & garage roofs, downspouts, gutters & awnings. He worked with my homeowners insurance & was able to get all covered. Any issues that came up with weather delays, I was updated. The roofers worked 13 hours in the brutal sun. While the work was being done, Luke, Joe & Brian were monitoring the progress. I would absolutely recommend New Era Exteriors!
