The women did ask me to review their work and if I had noticed those items and told them how to clean it, I am sure they would have corrected it.
The agency staff were very professional and on top of planning my services.

Since it has come after nearly 2 months of the cleaning I had to revisit the records and have the crew who cleaned review it but as can be appreciated they were hazy about their recollections Howeve as per the record(this is what we use for payroll) they were there for 3 hours - and the amount we received was $160 ($200 - $40 Angies List commission) Our actual rates are $90.00 plus tax for 2 people per hour. But as a special promotion we did participate in this campaign, with a view to establish new customers. And we go out of our way to make sure that we please our customers. Now that you have all the facts I am sure you will appreciate our commitment. If you still feel that you should be refunded half an hours charge please let us know and we will gladly oblige. The regular cleaning they do is a basic clean. Over time I do eventually need to do a "deep clean" on some areas myself or request that they spend additional focus on a particular area, but this is in accordance with my expectations. They have always responded to my special requests (like water only on the floors when I had crawling babies or to clean front porch and fridge in exchange for an area of the house was off limits due to construction). Pricing and service are comparable to other services in the area.

But my real problem was their scheduling and then their reaction when they were late. Of the five times they were scheduled three of them were off by more than 90 minutes (one time they didn't come at all). Further, Tony would not tell us when we could expect the maids until the day before the service, meaning we had to keep the day wide open and wait for him to tell us his schedule so we could make plans around that.
The last time we saw them, Tony didn't even bother to email us when they were coming. They showed up and then when I called Tony to complain (again) about timing and punctuality, he told me that he didn't need my business, which is good because he doesn't have it any more.
"As a matter of sound business principle and ethics I do not contest the views of my customers. But here is an example of eggregious mistatement and exaggeration. The bitterness of the customer is understandable as I refused to service his house after being called a LIAR and insulted by a unacceptable tone. It is an unfortuante fact that we were late on two occassions - the scheduling variables are sometimes out of our control, the previous job we did, traffic can play a role. But we keep our customer posted in case we are behind schedule as we did in the members case. He knows that we made mistake in sending the email meant for him to another customer by mistake, I forwarded to him the copy of missent email as proof - especially as he claimed to be a 'forensic computer specialist' and warned me not try to 'fool' him I also want to point out that his First Cleaning was $222.60(and not @250), contrary to what he says he was pleased with cleaning - he has given an excellent rating ( we have leave behind quality card system,which the customers fill and mail it back). No business can claime to be flawless but the ones that recognize the flaws and work to correct them are the successful one - and we have been in business for the past 12 years."
