Lighthouse Handyman Service

I found Lighthouse Handyman Services on Angies List.  My property is out of AL service area.  By checking the surrounding areas I located this company.  This was labor intensive work and I wasn't having much success finding anyone interested in the job but the owner responded to my call and met me at the property.  He was on time and was pleasant and understood what was needed.  The work was scheduled and everything was done just as he described, with more attention to detail than I even knew there should be, and most important, the chimneys cleaned up 100% better than I expected.

This work was completed at two different times and both jobs required the use of a lockbox on the property.  I was concerned about not being there on the dates the work was scheduled but there wasn't any problem, the owner and his crew were professional and everything was locked up when they left.  I think the owner understood my concern at not being there and he sent pictures and explanations of the work that was done.  It was dirty work, but when the job was completed everything was cleaned up without any trace he had been there - except the chimneys looked beautiful!

I would definitely use Lighthouse Handyman Service again.

Larry Flynn did a good job. He was punctual and trustworthy.

Arrived promptly and adjusted the fence very securely .  The project was completed rather quickly and the price for the repair
was fair and reasonable.

The small jobs he did do: fixing my kids' light, installing a chandelier plate, etc, he did fine. The porch ceiling had a lot of holes and he tried to patch them up and once the spackle dried, I thought he might re-paint since it doesn't match... but the point is he never came back. Or ever called us again. We emailed and texted him several times, trying not to harass him, if he was just busy with other things, but he never responded to a single call and just dropped us. We wasted several months now, thinking our porch building project was being done and delivered, and also that we had found a helpful handyman. But he has disappeared, although from his website, he is still in business and seemingly fine. It is very unprofessional and a huge disappointment.

Larry did an excellent job repairing our fence. He came over on one very hot day, removed the old damaged pickets and installed our replacement pickets. The work was done well, and a month later, looks good and has held up very well. The spacing and leveling were top notch considering we gave Larry replacement pickets that were probably 10-15 years old. Larry was professional in his quote, pleasant, and he was punctual when coming out for the estimate and the work. I'd gladly hire him again.

. Overall Mr Flynn   did an excellent job, and after each repair, the area was cleaned  of any debris.
I am very satisfied  with his services and  the final price of $1592.  I will hire Mr. Flynn again and refer him to others.

Mr Flynn who was very professional and respectful repaired that part of the ceiling with sheetrock and replaced the popcorn covering.
