Description of Work: I had two cherry trees that needed to be trimmed. One had been damaged and needed a lot of trimming. I went into work late so that I could meet with their representative. Weekend or evening times were not available. That meeting went well, and we agreed on the work to be done and estimated price. I was told that the work would be done that week. I didn't have to stay home, so I wasn't concerned about the exact schedule. | |More than a week went by, and the work still had not been done. I called and they apologized. The work was done the next day. I'm not a tree expert, but I was satisfied that the work was done correctly, and the area had been cleaned, etc. | |I was satisfied with the work, and would use them again. |

Description of Work: Provided tree trim services on all trees surrounding house. Owner, Mike, evaluated and planned with crew the extent of trimming required. Crew was personable,very focused and on task. Upon review of finished job, owner evaluated job. After a subsequent storm, some major trees exhibited some additional weakness and crew returned to remove residue as a follow up to original contract. We were very satisfied with results.
