Today I had the pleasure of Mr. Duffy and his crew (Miguel, Naviel and Guisseppe) to provide tree/weed removal services to my property. They provided professional and prompt services. Now my yards are free of the weeds, trees and debris. I am very well pleased with the outcome. Even my neighbors have been complimenting the crews work ethics and the outcome. Many thanks and kudos to Mr. Duffy and his crew. Will definitely hire them to maintain my property as well as refer them to others needing services. Tammy D.

I was very pleased with the work Liberty Tree performed pruning the 2 Hollies and 1 Evergreen at my home. Mike responded quickly to my request for a quote. His team (Miguel, Sean, and Douglas) did an amazing job. They arrived early, worked quickly and cleaned all the debris. The small tree at curbside was also pruned without me asking. I appreciated the quality and professionalism of their work.

I have been a long time customer of Liberty. The cost for leaf cleanup of my property is typically $300 since it's a fairly small property. In early November I called Liberty's office to request my annual fall leaf clean up to be scheduled. I was told someone would call me back to schedule a date. But rather than receiving a call back from Liberty to schedule a date, their workers just showed up at my house on Nov 12th and completed the work. I was charged the expected $300. My issue is that the cleanup was done prematurely by about 2 weeks as the leaves aren't typically done falling until the end of November. Had I been contacted as promised to schedule a date for cleanup I would have advised I did not want it scheduled until the end of November. Since I am a long time customer and feel Liberty made an error in not contacting me to schedule a date I reached out to Liberty on Dec 5th to request a courtesy follow up/clean up at no additional charge (would probably take 1 person 1/2 hour) to remove the remaining (small amount of) leaves. I was told by Liberty that they feel my call to them in early Nov to request clean up to be scheduled was unclear so they are unwilling to extend the courtesy cleanup and advised if I wanted the remaining leaves cleaned up I would be charged an additional $150 on top of the $300 already paid. Since they did the initial work I rated a C but the customer experience is poor.

Very responsive and nice over phone. The owner came to inspect the property to offer quote and quoted $2000/2500 on the spot and proceeded to explain how they have insurance, workers comp and overhead that needs to be accounted for in their price. Those things should be a given. The quoted price of $2000/2500 is beyond insulting for a little weeding and garden work. Perhaps they just did not want the job. Further, they agreed to visit my neighbor after to offer them a quote (as we coordinated to perhaps justify their time and receive favorable pricing). Upon leaving our place, they said that they usually deal with the husband so to have him call and didn’t bother to stop in. I am still a little baffled by this whole experience, but not inclined to recommend them based on my and my wife’s experience.

It took a little to scheduled the service, but once it's scheduled it was a quick. The house yard look nice.

I did not use them because they never contacted me.

Came when I was at work. Work was completed to my satisfaction.

They never called me to come for the estimate.

This company is very professional and does exactly what they say they will do. They were prompt and did an excellent job. That said, there was one mishap. Unfortunately, some of the debris that fell from the roof of our garage fell onto my car and cracked my windshield. When I discovered the damage, I phoned the company and explained that I had just discovered the damage long after the gentlemen left. They simply told me to get it fixed and send them the bill and they will reimburse me before I had to pay them. That is exactly what happened. No hassle, no questions asked. I feel the quality of a business shines brightest when something goes wrong. In my book this company has earned a shining star rating from me because they not only did an outstanding job, was prompt and reliable, but also has outstanding customer service as well. I will definitely hire them again, but just as importantly, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

price is higher than some could do the job for, but I find you get what you pay for!

July 24, 20017 liberty tree + landscape management came out to do my neighbors lawn and up until the 24th the only bad thing I could have said about them is that they always block my driveway when they are here and they blow the grass clippings on my car or property it was something that I learned to live with. FF to the 24th My wife and I were getting ready to go out and I look out the window and see my driveway is blocked (see pictures and look at the other side of the street plenty of space to park their equipment) so I go out to ask them to move the truck and find they have rode their lawnmowers up my driveway and straddle them on my sidewalk and the street and in the process of doing so they cracked the edge of some concrete I had replaced when I had my plumbing fixed last year and I paid $300 for the concrete work( see pictures). Now I brought this up to one of the workers and he said that he didn't do it and laughed at me. Now I have lived here 18 years and I mow and trim my own lawn and know every inch of my property and the last time I it was done 4 days ago my sidewalk was not broken. Now I tried to call the company about 4 or 5 times and didn't get a answer all I got was a recording with an emergency number so I called it and left a message and waited for a reply. Two hours went by and the workers left and no reply so I called the police to report the problem and filed a incident report I figured I would start some paperwork to protect my rights. The police arrived and started their paperwork and that's when someone finally called me back from liberty so I explained to him what happenednd the guy said that's what insurance is for but when I told him I was filing a incident report to protect me he got nasty and told me to talk to his lawyer and hung up. FF to the 26th representative from liberty came out to my house my wife called me and said that someone was taking a picture of the concrete and coming to the door so I grab my phone and head out to talk to them. The guy said that he was from liberty landscape and asked me what happened I explained to him what happened showed him the pictures and he said it could have happened then said that the crack looked old. Now he arrived two days after the incident and we had a huge rain storm with rivers of water so the crack had raised up some from the storm and he asked me what he wanted him to do and I said accept responsibility and fix what your crew damaged and his response was to jump in his car and drive off. Now through searching for a number that someone would answer I found some less than stellar reviews from others who are customers and people who are not. So IMHO I would do my homework before you choose your lawn care company unless you don't like your neighbors you can hire liberty and and I'm sure they will **** them off eventually. Look I'm not even a customer and look how they disregarded my property and the only recourse is to file a claim in small claims court and loose my valuable time to fix the problem they caused. less than reputable!

The price was right but the workers left without asking if everything was to my satisfaction. I spotted damage to my garage and pointed it out. There repair work was not very good. Had I not spotted the problem they would have just left with no scan of the completed work.

I pay on a monthly basis.

They did a great job.

Job went beautifully. Liberty was prompt and did a very professional job. I love the way it looks now, and best of all, no maintenance! I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an "Angie's list special". Of course they tried to "up-sell" me but I only needed the trim service. They performed the work approximately a month later. They did tell me that it would take that long. I have been receiving bills from them for more than 4 months for work that was not performed. I have contacted them to tell them the billing is a error but I continue to receive the bills. Because of the billing issue, I will NOT hire them again.

It was excellent, they were very good. The whole cost was they did more than just take out the tree. Like I said, "I want that tree down. Oh yeah, there's a little rose bush" and they said, "okay, we'll take that". l like that they did more than what I expected.
