Description of Work: The neighbors had a tall old tree that began to droop over my property, that was trimmed completely away from my property. there was another tree starting to thicken on the property line and was out of control , that was cut down. there was a tree in alley that was trimmed also. the area was cleaned and all rubbish removed.

Description of Work: We had a few trees pruned/trimmed and a small tree removed. They were professional and cleaned up their mess. There was some confusion with the day they were supposed to come out. We waited but they didn't show. Jax called and apologized for the miscommunication and gave me the new date. It was expensive but they did excellent and I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: First, I David Brown talked to Colleen Murray she told me they had to give me an estimate. Next their area serviceman, his name is Dax, he came to my home and gave me an estimate, but it was over the deal price. Then they said they needed a contract signed, and fax in,this I did; yet after June 15, I have not heard from them this is the reason for my cancelation of the service I ask for.

Description of Work: Came out and said that the cost would be $400, but the $199 paid with the big deal was only TOWARD the service. Big Deal states that it is $199 for $425 of tree service, so it was misleading.
