I am basically bedridden with very limited mobility. With that in mind, Liberty arrived right on time, announced their arrival to my wife by phone - and went right to work. It wasn't till I was able to ambulate that I spoke with "John" and got a look at how things were going in relation to what I expected. Everything was perfect. What a professional group of workers. Thank you very much. My thanks to Angies List as well.

Liberty cuts my grass every week. Sometimes my lawn gets skipped, but a phone call takes care of that. The company is very responsive and cuts the grass properly. Highly recommended.

The first time I used them, I had to call them back to clean up. They did come back and I have used them since that time for mulch work. They were prompt and I will use them again.

The provider never called back, and the next contact was the reciept of a bill for $182 for application of the weed killer. When the provider was notified, his defense was that the item "had not been crossed out" and that he "forgot to call back" despite my note. He did say that the weed killer contained an activate ingredient. We'd have continued to use their service, as we have for several years, but for this colossal mishandling of communication. How hard is it to pick up the phone? Appalling customer service .

Stump was removed when I got home from work. Everything went great.

Chris White, representative, arrived on time...very friendly. He and I reviewed the services I requested. He then did a walk around, asked a few questions for clarification, gave me an opportunity to ask questions, gave me a price. I decided the price was reasonable. Several days later the crew arrived. They performed the tree trimming and bushes. Then the lawn cutters arrived and took care of the lawn. The service is ongoing.

My experience with Liberty Tree & Landscape Management went fine. They did a good job. The quality of their work was very good. They showed up when they were supposed to. The communication was fine. They got a little busy because of the Big Deal. That's totally expected. They really cleaned up our backyard and took everything like the weeds and the bushes we didn't want away.

My wife and I were in need of some tree work and a bit of landscaping so we decided to search Angie's List for the right person for the job. After having four different company's come out for a consultation and estimate we decided to hire Liberty. For starters, Mike Duffy was the only one who showed up on time for the estimate. He and I walked my property and discussed my needs and the solutions for them. He was more then attentive to my request and quite frankly I felt that he had my best interest in mind. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and you can tell that SOME OF THEM LOOK AT YOU LIKE A PAYCHECK AND I DIDN'T SENSE ANY OF THAT FROM MIKE AT ALL. He was genuine and quite knowledgeable. Afterwards we sat in my living room briefly to discuss details. He let me know how much it would be and when the job would start and be completed. I gave him the job on the spot. His price was right in the middle of all the other quotes we got but I wasn't looking for a cheap job, we wanted it done right and I usually hire off of "feel" and it all felt right. We are glad we chose Liberty!!!!!!!!!!!!! They arrived exactly when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do. The ugly trees I had look beautiful now and my house really has some curb appeal. I have a ten month year old son who is obsessed with Mickey Mouse, Mike must have observed this when he was in my living room for the brief time he was. When Liberty came out to do the job Mike showed up with a large Mickey Mouse stuffed animal for my son!!!!!!!!! This almost brought my wife to tears of joy! What a thoughtful display of kindness to say the least. These guys are the "real deal" and I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat. I would go as far to say that one would be foolish not to call this company for tree and landscape services. The bottom line is that I got first class service all-around the board. Quality, customer service and craftsmanship that is second to none. Couldn't be happier.

I hired them as my regular lawn mowing service. Not long after, I purchased the deal. When I received an estimate from them for the tree service, it was too high for me. I asked them if they would let me transfer the credit to the lawn work and they agreed. I was greatly appreciative and they still do a great job.

We were very happy with them. They were very prompt and courteous and neat. We could not ask for better service.

Called the company. Took a while for them to come out and do the services, but one day when I came home the work was done. I had azalea bushes and mums planted. My only concnern was/is whether or not the azalea bushes will grow taller.

I thought they were very responsive. They seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves. There was something that I didn't think was done as we had agreed upon and when I called them back, they were very responsive. They had somebody out the next day to rectify the situation. I intend to use them again. I didn't have any issues with them at all.

Very well. Liberty came out and provided estimates for a number of projects.They were flexible and allowed us to prioritize work to respect our budget. Very pleased with the work.

We did negotiate a higher price so they still gave us the $200 discount. They were professional and did a nice job.

I felt the price was inflated to compensate the discounted coupon. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchases an Angies List "special deal", and I called the company to set up an appointment. We were given an appointment within a short time. The people came to our home and trimmed the out-of-control bushes and a large tree.

.They are pretty good. Liberty Tree are easy to work with, they are easy to communicate and they always come on time. After Sandy we were very nervous about the branches and they came within 2 days and although they had a busy schedule, they managed to squeeze us into their busy schedule. We both go to work and we came home and find the work was done and their billing is good. They are not the cheapest but they do good work. Its hard to sometimes get a hold of the office so I deal directly with the person there.

I contacted the company and the owner came out and answered the questions I had. I particularly was worried about a very tall spruce tree in front of my house and wanted to make sure that it was not likely to come down in a storm. He looked at it and the other trees on my property, made recommendations and explained the reasons for his suggestions. He gave me an estimate and they came back and did the work. They came when they said they would and the job took as long as he had estimated. they cleaned up when they were done. I thought the cost was reasonable. I have since hired Liberty to mow the lawn, and do the lawn treatment. The only criticism I have is that I never know when they are coming. This is only a problem because I have two large dogs and would clean up the yard if I knew they were coming. If it doesn't bother them, I can live with this. This winter I also hired them for snow removal. They are reliable about coming, and since I can't shovel snow it is nice to know it will get taken care of. It seems a bit expensive to me, but since I have never had anyone else do this for me, I really don't know how they compare to other services. The price for every thing else seems very reasonable.
