It went very well. He gave me samples and came when he was supposed to. I have only positive things to say.

We hired Glenside Flooring to level our kitchen floor and install new cork flooring. Our home is older and needed extensive subfloor repair/leveling. At the time of leveling, it became clear that estimator (owner) had severely underestimated scope and supplies needed. What was supposed to be a one day job became 3 and cost additional $ in supplies/labor. After this work, the floor was still not level; owner told us it would be finalized when cork was installed. Cork installer tried to level floor with cardboard & laid the cork. We were unhappy with the final job and again asked the owner come out. He did acknowledge that a poor job was done so the installer came back to repair the floor, this time using leveling compound in certain areas. Final job is adequate but not what I would have expected for the price. Communication was poor and estimation of time, resources, severely lacking. Leveling should have been done right the first time and we wish we would have done it ourselves.

They were polite, neat, on time and very reasonably priced. The only problem was that they sent the wrong tile but Home Depot had the right tile which they picked up and finished the job! They are highly recommended.
