I received a quote via email from the owner of shop. I went to the Glenside shop to do a test ride. It was a large frame size which I had trouble standing over. The sales person claims that it was the right size and I would be too confined in a medium frame. They did not have any medium frames available and I would have to order. Ohh, but that would take two weeks and there are only 50 of that model available on the east coast. Then came the price, I was quoted $100 under the MSRP via email. The sales person said the owner should not have given me that price and only went $50 under MSRP. I found the exact bike and size at another bike store in the area on the same day. I expected so much more form a bike shop that won the retailer of the year award in 2010. I guess they have gone downhill in the last three years.

They just know their products. They will recommend the best thing to go with your budget and what you need. They have been in business for a long time and are a wonderful establishment. They are amazing.

They were very helpful. They helped me pick out a bike. They let me test drive them. They called me back about a recall. The front brake was separating from the fork. They replace that. They were quick.

Took bike in for annual tune-up (included in service package). I had procrastinated, so there was about a 2-week wait (in May). The bike was ready on the agreed day and in great shape.

THE COMPANY BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. COMPLETED JOB PROMPTLY. FELT PRICE WAS FAIR FOR WORK PERFORMED AND THAT ITEMS WERE RANDOMLY ADDED FOR REPAIR.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY BIKES OR HAVE THEM FIXED. FIXED OUR PROBLEM VERY SATISFACTORILY.
