The owner responded quickly to my request for a quote. He gave solid advice when finalizing the scope of work. Communication was good throughout the job. His foreman and other people working in my home were polite and friendly. My basement is truly transformed. I plan to use them again for more work.

The Housing Solutions crew did a terrific job and were very careful as they carried some large materials in and out of our second floor. They respectfully answered our questions and were a pleasure to have in our house for four days. After initially talking to Neal we were confident that the bathroom renovation would be done right and that we would not be nickel and dimed for the inevitable issues that arrive in any job. We would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the second time I have used Housing Solutions. I called him after a leak in my kitchen damaged several floors in my house. He responded immediately, and his crew completed the work in 3 days-- laying new carpet, a new kitchen floor, and patching and painting my cellar floor. As before, his crew worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. They are all extremely nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Housing Solutions.

This is our second project with Housing Solutions. We love their work, they're very professional and take the time to make sure you're happy. They take a care of allthe little details which really makes the reults perfect and they communicate often to make sure you're happy with the work as its being done. I couldn't ask for more in a contractor!

Housing Solutions remodeled our finished basement and I could not be happier with their work. Not only did they start the project right on time, they finished a few days earlier than the original two week estimate, plus they fixed an unrelated minor electrical problem we discovered while they were still working in the basement. Whenever I had a question or concern, Neal would immediately respond to my text messages. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any household project.

I almost never wrote any reviews before. But Neal and his core team(Dave) definitely deserve a five star review. every good word you read from previous clients are true. They were so wonderful to work with, super professional. They did an amazing job to complete our basement. Dave was so great, worked even during Christmas , new year, also weekends to meet our deadline request. I can not say enough good words for them. I strongly recommend them to anyone who are looking for a trustworthy team and wants to make their house beautiful.

Neal, Luis, and their team renovated our bathroom and split a room in two, which involved constructing a mid-room wall and reconfiguring some doors. They were good communicators and worked with us to come up with a stylish & functional design and executed it on schedule. Their price was reasonable compared to other bids. They were punctual and kept the workspace clean throughout the project. Overall, working with Housing Solutions was a great experience and we would be happy to consider them again for projects in the future. Thanks, guys!

Neal Rogove was very responsive and wonderful to do business with. His crew did an excellent job installing new floors, light figures, and vent fans in two bathrooms in our 1950's 2-story colonial house. I recommend Housing Solutions and I would hire them again.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work that foreman Joe and his team provided. They came on time, worked efficiently, did quality work and cleaned up every day. They were very respectful. Neal, the owner, most importantly listened to what I was hoping to have the room look like at completion and met me to help me to choose the replacement products - tub, toilet, tile, etc. which was very helpful. I would highly recommend them and will use them again on other projects.

We were so pleased with the work of Neal and the crew from Housing Solutions when renovating our bathroom (see review of 5/28/22) that we had them back to renovate our kitchen. The results were about absolutely incredible

Neal and his crew were wonderful. They were responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. They completely gutted our main bathroom, installed a tub and tile, greenboard, wainscoting, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, mirror and lighting. They enlarged our bathroom and reconfigured plumbing and electrical. The extra square footage came from a hall closet and they installed new shelves and painted the closet. We are very happy with their work and the crew - they were very polite and hard-working. Neal went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

With many areas of our home built in the ‘40s being in disrepair for so long, we had become almost numb to the issues. But no longer able to pass off the leak from the bathroom into the kitchen as a “water feature,” it became somewhat urgent to locate someone to diagnose and repair the problem. After contacting several contractors—most of whom never returned our calls—we were fortunate to find Neal Rogove and his crew from Housing Solutions. Hearing the many horror stories about contractors, we were reluctant to start the repairs even though the kitchen ceiling was on the verge of collapse because of the leak. However, our experience with Housing Solutions was anything but a nightmare. Working with Neal and his crew was terrific. Neal was a pleasure to work with. Principled, he sat down with us to go over the contract and explained every provision, so it was clear we understood what was and was not included in his proposal. Patient, Neal met me and my wife at one store to select bathroom fixtures, another to select our vanity, and yet another to select tiles. On top of all the above, Neal was the lowest estimate we received, and his crew was available to begin immediately. Speaking of the Housing Solutions crew, Luis and Javier were phenomenal! Though Neal stopped by often to check on their progress, there was no need for him to be concerned. Luis and Javier were incredible: unbelievably skilled, meticulous, solved the many problems that surfaced when dealing with an old house (ex. lead pipes, original electrical work not performed to code), dependable, respectful to us and our home, and most important, trustworthy. We were so comfortable with them we gave them the key, so we did not have to be home to let them in. Our bathroom turned out better than we could even have imagined!

Neal was the first contractor to respond to my request for a quote and after doing a walk-thru with three contractors total, offered a fair quote in the fastest time span. As a first time homebuyer and investor, Neal and his team were wonderful to work with over the 3 months it took them to renovate my multi-family from top to bottom. They completed a number of jobs -- demo and cleaning out an old cluttered basement, gutting and updating 3 kitchens and bathrooms, refinishing wood floors, installing vinyl in kitchens and bathrooms, painting, and exterior painting and woodwork. Neal relies on a wonderful core team of workers and hardworking sub-contractors to do more specialized work. He's very communicative, even a bit quirky. Even when issues emerged that we hadn't planned for (rotted sewer pipes for example), the team never hesitated to recommend multiple solutions and were real about the additional costs. They paid attention to detail, brought me in on any potential changes, and kept me in the loop on a regular basis to ensure I was tracking the progress and any changes. My favorite part of this was that I felt Neal and the team had my best interest at heart and that trust made a seemingly stressful project really manageable and low stress. All in all, I'm very pleased with the experience and plan to have Housing Solutions complete additional projects on my punch list. Highly recommend.

Neal and his team did an excellent job renovating our Master Bath. Neal took detailed notes on our thoughts and ideas and then we developed the final solutions to a number of different aspects of the design together. His team were careful to not create a huge mess in our house during the demolition and also the installation. The final result was really eye-popping. He then ensured everything was to our satisfaction even many months later. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him again for future projects.

Housing Solutions did an excellent job replacing my concrete floor in the basement. They were always on time and even worked on a Saturday. The refinishing of the basement was also done to my liking. They added a few nice touches I wasn’t expecting. I will definitely be using them again for my next project!!

Neal and his team did a wonderful job on the renovations to our kitchen. His crew, led by Dave, removed walls and ceilings to create an new kitchen. New electric feeds with GFIC were run to replace old knob and tube wiring. Refrigerator was temporally relocated in to dining room while work on the kitchen was being completed. Recessed LED lighting was added on three separate banks to allow beautiful lighting for the kitchen. All new appliances were installed and two-tone cabinets. His floor crew was able to add new vinyl flooring after walls and cabinets were installed. Bradshaw the plumber did a great job moving a radiator to allow access to cabinets that were previously blocked. He also updated the old cast iron plumbing to new PVC. New lines for Dishwasher and Pot filler and sink were installed. New workstation was constructed and refrigerator was relocated into a recessed area with top mounted cabinet. As with any major renovation project, there were some issues, but Neal always made sure to address them and find a resolution. We would definitely recommend Neal to our friends and use him for all our future Renovations.

neil was amazing to work with and did an incredible job on two bathrooms and floor tile in our home. he and his team went above and beyond from planning, meeting me at Lowes to pick fixtures and installation. they even fixed a shower leak and finished some molding in an adjoining room we hadn't got to yet. quick response, job was done in a matter of days and affordable. am definitely planning on using him for our kitchen remodel next year!

It was terrific, and the crew was great to work with. The finished product looks wonderful. They finished the work in the time promised. The company corrected a couple of minor issues promptly. They are one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

Basement demo and remodel was completed in about 3 1/2 weeks. Work included rewiring, laying of vinyl floors, drywall, carpentry, painting , plumbing and some cement work. The crew especially Alex was great to work with and checked in often with me regarding any design changes. Neal showed up often to check the progress and kept me up to date. This is my second project with Neal and as usual he provided quality work and stayed near my budget.

Neal and his team were awesome. Everyone was friendly. Cleaned up and disposed of trash daily. Overall, work was exceptional! Suggestions were made accordingly. Definitely would hire again!

These gentlemen transformed my unfinished basement, which I used to call “the dungeon”, into my favorite area in the house. I never imagined it could look like this.
