Great work good value and price

The work was punctual, thorough and exceeded our expectations. The crew were all a pleasure to interact with.

Added a project for a slider that was letting water in, subfloor was rotting, needed to make sure the door was water tight. They called and said they could do the work, came out gave me an estimate and sent a proposal. I scheduled a time for them to come do the work. Proposal said they would seal the door with caulk and but some type of weatherproofing strip around the frame. They also raised the door which is not on the proposal, this Ruined my siding by raising the glass sliding door an inch, capping is no longer seated in j channel it's screwed and caulked to the siding above it. The j channel on the side and top don't even met anymore, gaps of missing caulking all around, screws through the frame and base of the door. Do not call this company unless you want to have to pay someone else to fix their mess. I was very clear in the beginning that being part of an hoa, the outside cannot look any different than it does right now, I got a mess now.

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Daryl contacted me and was able to provide a quote on the phone based on the specs I provided and pictures of the room and furniture. He arrived on time and worked very efficiently and effectively. The quality of the work was top-notch: the carpet and furniture look great again! (We should not have waited so long between cleanings.) Best of all was Daryl's professional and friendly attitude. One of the great sayings in business: "People like to do business with people they like." This absolutely applies to Daryl; I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
