Before I attempted to place an order, I sent an email to Coupe Flowers. I was looking to see if an arrangement could be made using purple hyacinths. The flower is out of season. So, I sent the email to check. I don't know whether they did not receive my email, or did not repsond. I do know that the email did not get bounced back as having an incorrect address. Therefore, I don't know where the blame lies.
