I can't thank Miguel of Bryan Stuckert Plumbing enough! We had a leaking toilet this morning (not good in a one bathroom house). I called, left a message, received a prompt call back, and about 15 minutes later Miguel was here and fixed it. Very thorough and very polite - highly recommend!

I had a really small job, we have a Grohe shower system that was randomly allowing water to fall out of the rain shower head. Bryan came out, and with in 5 minutes knew what the issues was. The issue was with the shower head not the plumbing. Great service from Bryan, he is my plumber moving forward.

Arrived on time. Estimate was accurate and the cost was reasonable. The plumber cleaned everything up when done and explained the work completed.

The team knew what to do and got the work done quickly. They left the work area as clean as when they arrived. Price was reasonable for high quality work.

Everything was fine and he showed me exactly what he did inside and out.

The work went very smoothly - they showed up as scheduled for the primary work and also made a quick stop earlier when the bathroom sink sprung a significant leak. Additionally, during the original estimate, he gave some good advice and made small free fixes to avoid significant work we'd otherwise have had done.

Visit was 5 minutes, 3 of which were walking to the truck to get the 20 cent part. Charged $175. They are thieves.

First, I applaud Bryan for being honest and suggesting American Leak Detection rather than bidding for a large job. His ideas of the situation were better than the plumbers from the large firms who gave me standard pricing for a total line replacement. I paid less than $2000 vs the job the other plumbers estimated at over $8000 for the total line replacement. Bryan came again after the leak was located and quoted the job for the leak repair. We did have to pin them down for a work date, but then his two guys came out, one doing the plumbing and one who hand dug down to the leak. The leak was right where the detection company said it would be, they replaced that section of pipe, put the soil back nicely, and reconnected everything inside. Nice folks, helpful, reset a toilet and piped a hose connection while they were there. I would definitely bring them back for any plumbing job. Great work, good price, nice people!

He is no better than anybody.  I have been using his company for about 12- 15 years.  He is excellent.  He responses immediately.  They are just a great company and you will not find something like them.  They are not that big, I think he has 10-12 guys working for him.

I have used this company twice in the last 6 months and am very satisfied. They actually have someone who answers the phone and tries to help you by sending the appropriate person. I have only dealt with one of their plumbers so I can't speak for all of them but the one they send me is great. He knows what he is doing, troubleshoots quickly and is neat and clean. Price is fair and commensurate with what is customary for plumbing labor. You fully get the professional expertise you pay for here.  Good to have a reliable and professional plumbing service when you need it.

They did a fantastic job for me. They were very, very professional. I couldn't say enough about them. I would recommend them for the quality of their service. They're absolutely perfect. The price was higher than I expected.

Guys were great - showed up on time; worked efficiently, knew what they were doing and cleaned up completely when done.I could not have asked for more.

We had used Bryan Stuckert Plumbing to remedy a number of previous problems, and were always satisfied. This experience was no different. The technician arrived in a timely manner and systematically worked through the list of projects that I had assembled. In each case, I felt that he understood the issues involved and knew immediately how to solve them. I was particualry pleased that he was able to install a new pop-up stopper in the sink without the necessity of our purchasing a new, and potentially expensive, faucet. My only complaint was that they charged me for two hours of labor, even though the technician was only at my house for 90 minutes. When I called to inquire as to why that was the case, I was told that the time it took the technician to drive from their office to my home was included in the labor charge. I was not pleased by that explanation, but nonethless would use Bryan Stuckert again due to the quality of their work.

I put in a call last night after hours. I left a message that this was not an emergency but I was new customer and they were referred to me by the Sales manager at BQ Basements with whom I have a great business relationship. I am a teacher and got a call in the middle of my class. They said they would be right over to help and are bonded. I told them where the key was and since they were referred by someone I trusted, I trusted them. I got home and they had already fixed one issue and then told me the expensive repair or the cheaper repair for the lead pipe underneath my wash basin I asked for an opinion and they said to do the cheaper one. How about that for trust and service? All is fixed now and I could not be more happy with the service.
