Made appointment to have car serviced. They took all info from me, drove me home & picked me up to get my car. Went the extra mile for me as a customer, cleaned car without me asking. What service! Thanks Bob Service Center!

I started using them at the recommendation of a friend, and I've always had great experiences with them. The shop is as clean as a whistle, the staff really takes pride in what they do, and they're always happy to help no matter what the situation. In fact, my entire family uses them for car service.

It was really easy to set up an appointment time about a week ahead of time, and the shop is very clean and organized. The owner was 'ok' with me supplying the timing belt and water pump kit since I was getting them from a reputable Miata dealership that sells their parts online. I had previously gotten quotes from other local shops but they all wanted to use their own parts, and I wasn't sure about the quality of the parts they'd be using.
I thought the agreed upon price for the installation was very fair, and the shop kept my car stored inside the garage the entire time (took a couple of days to complete the work, which I was 'ok with since I wanted the shop to take as much time as they needed). The work was completed on schedule, and all the old parts were provided to me (without me even asking for them).
I thought the service was awesome, and I'd definitely use them again for other work. Wish I would've found them sooner!
Also, it's a family run business. The father is the owner, and one of his son's is a mechanic, and a daughter runs the office.

They are clean, and very accommodating. They are very honest.
