I had an inspection and auto maintenance on my my cars only twice. . One criticism is their hours. They have NO EVENINGS other wise i would used them more.

You can count on them. They are honest and does a quality job. They actually try to save you money. I've been going to them for 20 years and would recommend them to anybody. I've had an Air Conditioning problem with my older car and I was expecting they were going to have to replace everything and that's going to be thousand dollars. However, they were able to do something else that cost me $100 and it has been working great for six months.

I had been taking my car to Band W for repairs for a couple of years, but stopped and have not been back. They seemed to have their own agenda. They didn't listen well and just did what they thought was necessary. Any thing they could do to add on to the price was done.

I took the car in for an engine issue, which they thought they repaired. I returned the car, telling them they didn't fix the issue. They tried to repair again, but returned the car saying they were unable to repair. They charged me AGAIN for the second attempt, despite the lack of resolution. I complained that they not only charged me for the first repair, but the second repair where they essentially gave up - I never heard back. I have used this shop for inspections and minor fixes on several occasions before this, but will not be returning.

They are really good to work with. We have a lot of faith in them and their customer service is excellent. They are very accommodating; usually we can get in there within a couple of days depending on the type of service. They do a lot of business but they try really hard to accommodate everybody.

They are very thorough and will find things. They will let you know what needs to be fixed. They do a really good job.

Conderser for car needed replacement (2001 Saturn LW 300). I told B and W the problem, and they ordered the part, and made an appointment for me to bring in the car. The car was repaired and returned to me on the same day, and AC works (so far. I am writing this an hour after I picked up the car from the shop). My wife and in-laws have used this shop numerous times in the past, and they have had uniformly good results. I will be taking my car there in the future.

On the recommendation of a friend, I have used B and W since December 2001 when I owned an old Buick LeSabre on which they did numerous repairs, now I take my 2001 Honda Civic to them. I have never had any comebacks with them. They are always very busy but they are always willing to take the time to discuss your automobile problem with you and when the work is done they are always willing to go over the bill and show or give you the old parts. Are they expensive? Well you get what you pay for and I know when I pay these guys it is for honest, dependable, and competent, quality work and they don't fix what isn't broke. I also know they are less expensive than what a dealer would charge for the same work. As long as I live in this area I will use B and W for my automobile work and I unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone.

It went better than expected. This is a pretty small bill for me, since I usually need an oil change, and occasionally other inspection-related repairs. The fellows at Band W are always, always accommodating and meticulous. This time was no different. In addition to the inspection fees, they replaced a burned-out bulb and rotated my tires. All in all I was thrilled at the low cost this time. I have used them many times before, and will again.
