Against my better judgement, I had Mr. McGowan come to check out the sprinkler head leak since his company was used by the builder of my home. There was already a bad review of this company on the yellow pages and he was very abrupt on the phone. He arrived well after the time he told me he would, without informing me, then wanted to argue with me about what time he initially told me. Anyway, that was a small matter. When he saw the leak he was kind enough to decompress the system, but became combative and standoffish when asked about warranty and why no documention of the system parts were available. He said "bet you a hundred dollars you cant find this sprinkler head at home depot". Then ended up saying, "fix it yourself". He was disrespectful, arrogant, boisterous. He walked out of my home and shut the door behind him, causing my brass door lock knob to fall off. I am writing this review to spare others from such unprofessional and classless behaviour.
