Great job on windows, skylights and gutters

My regular gutter cleaner only cleaned a small portion of the front gutters on our house and didn't complete the job because it started to rain. Called them back twice and they promised both times they would return to finish the job, but never showed up. By then it was cold and snowy, and gutters were spilling over with leaves. Called Spencer. They called me back and came the same day even though it was very cold. We have two levels of gutters on both the front and back of our house. They cleaned the lower levels which they could reach by ladder, getting leaves and picking ice out. They came back as soon as the roof was free of snow to finish the upper gutters which required that they go onto the roof to complete. Checked all gutters, including the ones they did earlier, and all downspouts before they left. The cost was quite a bit more than I was used to paying for gutter cleaning, but they were super responsive, helped us out when I didn't think I would get anyone to come, and did an excellent job under very inclement weather conditions--which was worth it to us. They did a great job in bitter cold weather!

He did a mediocre job and he and another guy literally barricaded themselves at the end of my driveway until I paid them.  (even thought he had been doing my work for  3 years and I paid him on time every month for the past 3 years)

He was very good.  I thought he was a bit expensive, but he was prompt and professional.  If I can’t find anyone cheaper, I’ll have him back.

They were good in beginning--quality went down hill--and then they stopped coming altogether--

This is the first time I used Spencer Window Cleaning Services. My call was returned within 2 days and they came out and gave me an estimate to clean my windows and screens. I had them clean them the same day. They were very professional and polite and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We were very happy with all aspects of the work with one minor exception: They scraped some of the moss off the roof (which was good) but they threw a lot of it on the ground in amongst some flower gardens (which was not so great and required some clean-up on my part).  However, this would not prevent me from using them again.

Overall they were professional, polite, fast and, except for the moss, cleaned up after themselves well.

I placed a call and he returned the call several days later. Once he called, he came out as soon as possible. I have no complaints at all about his work.

We had an estimate dropped off within two days of calling for service. Once we accepted the estimate, he was there within 2 days to complete the work. He was polite and thorough, and did a great job on our windows.

Original estimate was around $370. Final cost was a little higher because they had to use a very fine-grade steel wool to scrub some of the second story windows. Some of these windows had never been cleaned since I moved in 9 years ago. Wow, what a difference a good cleaning makes. I was a little disappointed that our white fascia boards did not come completely clean, but next time around I'll have them done with a power washer. Overall, I was very happy with Spencer Window Cleaning. I had put in a lot of my own elbow grease to thoroughly clean the window interiors (including sooty mullions and sills and frames), so if you haven't done this lately, I can tell you it will really give your house a lift.

I was not there when this job was done at my father's home but he told me that he was very happy with them. He had just had new carpeting laid and they removed their shoes so as not to bring any dirt/debris into the house.

I have been using Gavin's services for five or six years now. He is excellent. He also does gutters and power washing. He calls to ask if I need any services every so often. He is always on time and cleans up after himself very well.

This is a great little company. They come to my home on a regular, consistent basis, without my having to call as a reminder. They always do a good job on the windows.

GAVIN, THE OWNER, ALWAYS CALLS THE NIGHT BEFORE TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND CALLS TO MY ATTENTION WHEN THINGS NEED TO BE DONE, LIKE CLEANING OUT THE GUTTERS.
