Bob supplied quote the day I submitted my request and had the job done within the next 2 days. The best recomendation I can give is that I will use him again.

Bob did an excellent job. We have worked with him before. This time, as in the past, he was a perfectionist and neat as a pin. When he left, I had very little cleanup to do. His drywall repair work is outstanding. It is now impossible to tell where the problem was. We will definitely work with him again.

Very well. Bob and his team were very professional and caused very little disruption in house while working. The work was quality, and they cleaned up the room well.

Sent out a quote request to them through Angie's list on June 4, 2018. It's now June 13 and still no response. No excuses for that. Very unprofessional and so would never consider using or referring them.

Project went well. We were not in a hurry as the condo was empty and we were not rushed. I did my own estimate of the work before receiving Bobs estimate, and we were within $700 of each other so I felt it was a good honest price.

Bob did an excellent job. In the guest bathroom, he installed a new shower pan and surround, shower door, medicine cabinet, vanity, light fixture, toilet, tile floor, and towel bars. In the master bath, he installed a new tub, tub surround, glass doors, toilet, sink and countertop, light fixture, tile floor and towel bars. Both bathrooms look beautiful. In both bathrooms, there were several places where drywall needed patching and those areas are now just as smooth as the original wall. The tile work he did turned out great. Our house presented a number of challenges (lots of steps and unusual angles) but Bob handled them all. Bob was neat and tried to keep the mess confined (hard to do when there is drywall work). He was very careful to protect the floors in adjoining rooms and cleaned up after himself. He was a pleasure to work with--always courteous. Most important, he was very reliable. He was on the job every day from beginning to end. We will definitely hire him again.

Bob did a great job on repairing the tile issues in our shower. I would call on him again in the future.

Bob took our bathroom down to the studs, insulated and installed new drywall, vanity, linen closet, wall cabinet and toilet.  We had our shower surround removed and Bob installed a soaker tub and tiled from the tub to the ceiling.  A change to the lighting was made after the linen closet and vanity were installed. Bob had to patch the new ceiling, which he did seamlessly.
I appreciated that  at the end of the day Bob went over the work completed and the plan for tomorrow with either my husband or myself. Bob also handled the issues of remodeling an older house professionally, never showing impatience.
I would suggest RTO Home services and will probably use them in the future.

I have been working with Bob for a year.  We purchased a townhome and did extensive renovations.  Bob was a integral part of this.  Here are some of the jobs that Bob did:

• Removed two walls to enlarge areas.
• Removed and installed toilets
• Removed and installed tile walls and flooring in bathrooms
• Removed and installed pedestal sink and faucet
• Installed bathroom shower glass sliding door
• Raised two vanities and installed sinks and faucets
• Installed french doors
• Installed board and batton
• Installed baseboards
• Built an enclosure around refrigerator
• Installed insulation
• Installed dropped ceiling
• Adjusted doors so that they would close

This is not a complete list but gives you an idea of his range of abilities.  Bob is a very talented contractor.  He is extremely easy to work with.  Often I would tell Bob the idea I had and he would make it happen.  If anything had to be changed, he would make those changes and often he would make suggestions.  He does what he says he will do and shows up on time.  
I highly recommend him.  

We had bought all materials for this job and were looking for a contractor who would work with the selected tile we bought. Bob gave us very reasonable estimate for the job and he had great reviews so we chose to go with him. We are very happy with the job Bob did! It looks like we have a completely new kitchen. Bob was professional and very knowledgeable about installing tile. It took two days as quoted to complete the demo and backsplash. Bob is hard working and pays attention to detail. We would recommend Bob to anyone who is looking to have this kind of work done.

The contractor was timely and began the repair as we were leaving for vacation. The issue came about after returning from an extended vacation and finding that the mailbox was cemented in to place a full half foot lower than all of the neighbors. It doesn't sound like much however it looks odd and the mail carrier even commented on the low setting. I verified this by simply measuring the boxes on either side of ours. I contacted the contractor and he stated that he drove around the neighborhood and to him it looked fine. Forget the fact that the customer isn't satisfied. I will fix this error myself and will not be utilizing his services again.

Bob is the man!!! He is extremely good at what he does.
I really liked the fact that he paid great attention to details and never tried to cut corners. He would always be willing to answer my questions or concerns and would always consult with me before doing anything to make sure that I would be happy with the results.

The floor is beautiful. Job went very well. Backsplash excellent. The extra touch up and finish work was done professionally and made it all pop together. Our Kitchen actually looks like a designer picture in a magazine. Bob saved me from other not so reputable contractors. He is very good with stone, tile , Plaster, flooring. He can do it all witch makes for a more complete job and far less hastles from multiple contractors. His workers are also top notch with a good work ethic and very courteous. I have dealt with many contractors of all types and have restored several homes myself. I wish I had met Bob years ago.

We had a few contractors give us an estimate. Bob came in the lowest. We gave him an idea of what we wanted, and they made it happen! In a few weeks time, we had a beautiful, remodeled bathroom, and a first floor laundry!! They were great to work with...minimizing our inconvenience as much as possible. They cleaned up after each work day. We are already planning on bringing Bob back to do another project!!

They arrived punctually and when delayed, called to alert the customer of a brief delay. They were courteous & professional and corrected any mistakes to customer satisfaction.

Bob Ondick was responsive, friendly  and gave a good price. I did ask him to come back to address a few problem areas, which he did. Overall, it was a good experience. There were some issues which a painter will have to address before painting that if they had been addressed would have given Bob a solid A  I would give the current final quality a B+.

He is a good guy and reasonable.  I would have him back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I searched for the right contractor to complete this job. After having several companies out here for an estimate no one seemed to be able to complete the job in the budget we required. I came onto Angie's list and read the reviews for RTO home services. What stood out to me was that Bob did all the work himself without subcontracting. His initial estimate was so reasonable that we hired him for the job on the spot. If you are looking for a contractor who is honest, knowledgeable and hardworking, RTO home services is the right company for you. Bob will make sure he is taking his time to complete the job correctly. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result. We were so happy with the transformation of our fireplace that we showed other neighbors the quality of his work as well. We will definitely be calling RTO home services for many other home projects in the future.

They did a great job, simple things like painting the walls and cabinets made the kitchen look as good as new.  I thought the price was very fair for the work being done and they were very flexible in meeting my needs as I was preparing for an party at my home.  They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves.  I enjoyed having them in my home and will without a doubt use them the nest time I need a service performed.   Jack's of all trades!

Bob was prompt on arriving to estimate job and provide a proposal.  He started the work within a two-week timeframe of being awarded the work.  Property was not occupied through the construction, but he performed the work without complaint from the nextdoor neighbor of the duplex.  Bob's personality is polite and professional.  He is not intrusive, but asks for necessary clarification.  The work was complete on time and within budget.  It was a totally positive experience.
