Romea & Son Heating & Air Conditioning

We called Romea and they came within 30 minutes. They cleaned out the pilot light, fixed the thermocouple tube and checked the chimney for leaks. The pilot light stayed lit and the furnace has been working great. They did a great job, were very professional and very reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Rich came out same day as called and gave me an estimate later that day.  The new unit was installed the next day.  Worked with both Rich and his father.  Both were courtesy and polite.  Easy to work with.

I called Rich late in the holiday weekend. He actually answered his own phone after hours. I explained the furnace had been trying to kick on all day but it was not igniting. He agreed to come out the next morning (Sunday). He was quickly able to get the furnace to fire up but had to spend the next hour or so trying to figure out why the fresh air sensor (a safety valve) was kicking in. He patiently explained to me all that he was doing. Though he never really figured out why the trouble, the furnace is now working. The best part is that he only charged me for one hour at the regular rate on a holiday weekend. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to investigate the source of the problem rather than just getting the furnace started then be done and gone.

Called Rick. They came that day and replaced part. Very responsive, professional. Would highly recommend them!

When the central AC system wasn't putting out cold air, I called three AC companies. One of the other companies was able to send out a technician that day, whereas Romea didn't return my call until the next day. As it turned out, I needed a new system and both companies provided me with estimates. Romea gave me a better price and I chose them to do the work. They were pleasant to talk with on the phone and to deal with in person. They did a nice job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The new system cools the house wonderfully. I plan to use them again in the future for my heating and air conditioning needs.

During our most recent service, Rich returned my phone call within an hour and was able to set up service in that same day. It turned out, our A/C unit needed a coil replaced (it was HOT this day:). I didn't even need to be there. The problem was resolved in hours.

We were extremely pleased with the excellent service and quality work. Provider was very flexible with appointment times and was very prompt, efficient, friendly, and courteous. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

First company to return my call. Showed when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do and did it without a hitch. They were very good in communicating with my 80 year old Mother-in-law and recommended she get other estimates before agreeing to the work.
