Primacy Painting

Carl did an excellent job! He and his partner gave a fresh coat to our two-story foyer, repairing some cracks in the drywall as well. The job made the house look brand new as the bright white trim now pops against the new wall color...Carl is easy to work with and responds to texts and emails promptly. He outlined the job and completed it as promised on time and with great care to our rugs and flooring. Carl is a professional!

Carl and his crew painted all of our kitchen cabinets, a butlers pantry and small bar area. It was a massive amount of cabinets. There was no continuity prior to this painting project. Carl gave us great advice for the color scheme and then did his thing. He set up a “paint shop” in my garage where he sprayed all of the doors and drawer faces. (He quarantined the area and put paper on the floor. hence, no overspray or stains.)He and his crew showed up on time and were all completely professional. I like Carl / Primacy Painting because he is an extremely “picky” person and will not settle for anything less than perfection. He knows his trade and what additives to add to the paint for durability. It has been several months since he painted our kitchen cabinets and they show no signs of ware. We get so many compliments on how this paint project has improved our house. If you want the job done right at a reasonable price, I cannot recommend Carl and primacy painting any higher.

Carl was referred to us by a friend.  We contacted him via phone and he stopped by and gave us a bid on the job within 2 days.  He is a very outgoing and pleasant young man. He took measurements then  emailed us a detailed bid on the job including a time frame of when all work would be completed. His bid included labor only.  He gave us a list of what we needed to purchase at Sherwin Williams, which was purchased at his cost.  He offered us what we felt was a fair price for his services.  He arrived as scheduled and completed the entire job in the time frame we had agreed upon.  He was extremely neat and careful by covering existing furniture and carpeting in the room.  When he was finished for the day, he cleaned up after himself.  He kept us informed of his progress during the entire job, making suggestions, and asking approval before making any changes.  He provided us with great communication during the job.  When I contacted him via text or email, he quickly responded. 

We were at first very hesitant to paint the brick fireplace, but Carl assured us it could be done.  He primed the brick and sprayed it a neutral color which really brightened up the room.  He also repaired and painted the trim around the fireplace,  We were very pleased with the result.  Friends and family can't believe the difference in the room.  What once was a room we very seldom used, has become a room we thoroughly enjoy using.

We would definitely retain his services in the future as well as recommending him for any paint job.
