Approximately 2 1/2 weeks from the day we agreed on the price, Tony sent out two of his men with his instructions on what to do.  I had asked Tony to call me before beginning so someone would be there while the work was being done.  This didn't happen, and my brother just happened to show up as they were finishing the job.  My brother sent me a text that said to call Tony and tell him we're not satisfied because we thought they were going to grind the old mortar out and put new mortar in.  When I went to my mom's the next day I could see what my brother was talking about - they selectively chose where to put the new mortar, didn't design it to match the old mortar and didn't clean the brick when they were finished. I called Tony and asked him to come over and inspect the work.  I told him if he felt they did a good job, then I would pay him for the work done.  He came the same day and said they did what he told them, and apart from redoing the entire area, it was as good as it gets.  I told him I thought we agreed to redo the entire area, and he basically talked around that point.  He did agree to redo some areas they had missed, and that was done the next day.
Overall, I'm not happy with the work that was done because it looks like patchwork and doesn't have curb appeal.

Their quote was high. They were ok. They came out, looked at the property and gave me an estimate. They were punctual and came here when they said that they would. The main reason for me to not use their services is their high price.

They were prompt with the estimate and starting the work. The final price matched the estimate. The work is very high quality and we are quite pleased! The wall and concrete looks very nice! They completed the work very fast and the quality is excellent. We are quite pleased. They cleaned up very well after the job was complete.
