I have a wide variety of people or businesses, if needed, but I like to work alone, as this keeps the cost down for the customer and me. Also, I have all the tools needed to complete any job request. I even have my own skid steer and mini excavator with attachments. I have around 40 years of extensive experience in all trades. David is exceptional! He can do literally everything, and quickly too! We have hired him multiple times now, and he always goes above and beyond. For example, he came over weeks after renovating our bathroom when we thought our bathroom pipe was leaking (turned out to be no fault of his own, but he came over and helped us determine the cause anyway and even caulked our outside windows for extra precaution). An even better example is when he prepared to fix our broken dryer outlet and recognized that the problem was actually the fault of the electrician who had installed a new breaker box a few months prior. He took photos of the hookup before he repaired it and explained in detail the technical jargon I needed to explain it to the electrician. I called the electrician with those details, and he knew exactly what I was talking about and apologized immediately. We got a partial refund for the electrician's services, and if it hadn't been for David's documentation and looking out for us, we never would have known! David is our handyman for life!

Smooth. He was on time, efficient, personal. He even refered me to a roofer. He told me my roof needed repaired. I got a few consultations. He saved me from being overcharged on a roof. Great guy.

David is always prompt and is very hard working. When I hired him I had about 7 or 8 things in mind to be repaired, but he worked so efficiently that there was time to work on about 10 or 12 extra projects as well. Everything about David is very professional. I would gladly use him again and I recommend him to anyone needing a handyman who can fix just about anything.

We’ve been very happy working with David, who is very knowledgeable when it comes to all things home improvement! We hired him for a variety of items…rebuilding our front porch, electric work, plumbing, wall patch-work, and screening in our deck. He’s a hard worker, is honest, always provided us with receipts when purchasing items on our behalf, and recommended options to meet our price points. He’s flexible and able to shift from project to project, and we are already booking him again for additional work.

It didn't go well at all. Same drywall still in need of final repair. I'll have to do it myself or find someone else. Note- Didn't even have a drop cloth to protect areas close to the work area. In much too big of a hurry. Wouldn't provide receipt for work done. I just flat out gave up on this person after too many requests to finish work to a professional standard as agreed and provide receipt as he said he would. Begged for a good review though. If you can't provide a receipt you shouldn't be in business, you're not a professional. At one point he left in the middle of the job saying he had too much other work to do elsewhere and wouldn't be able to come back for a couple of weeks or so- provided he had time to fit me in! And there's more, but I'll keep this short- for now. Not recommended. Again, no receipt. Why? Note- Cost below does not reflect majority of materials, essentially labor only.

Great! Excellent work and efficient. Dave took care to make sure the doors closed (sanding and trimming) and latched properly (moving a striker plate to make it perfect). He troubleshot the light fixture by methodically checking potential items and found a loose wire in the junction box. Determined why attic fan was not working and gave great recommendations on how to improve attic ventilation. Very knowledgeable and gives expert advice. Would hire again.

I hired dave to do interior demolition and frame in part of a porch and some interior rooms. Dave had excellent communication during the construction and he provided updates as to his current schedule and his projected schedule of work. He worked with me when we made some design changes during the middle of the construction, and was able to stay on time and within the budget. Lastly, daves work was good quality and he works as hard as I have seen anyone work, he just never stops.

David did a great job. He was on time and did excellent work on the projects I needed done, including rebuilding a bulkhead basement door, installing a new porch light and other jobs. He also was able to alert me to other work that will need to be done in the future. David was also very friendly and informative. I will definitely be going to David for future projects and recommend him highly.

I will upload pictures soon to further add to my review, but for now... David is amazing! We can't say enough about how pleased we were with his service. Not only is he a friendly, easy-going guy with positive energy--which is refreshing when you're dealing with a BUNCH of house problems!--he works quickly and his finished product is great. He ended up helping us with problems we hadn't even known existed. In the midst of renovating bathrooms (he helped with TWO small bathrooms in just one week), he had to do some plumbing work. Lucky for us, he's an everything guy and has many skills. He was able to address the problem immediately and complete the project. He helped with many things on our list that we didn't even realize he'd be able to do, such as moving an outlet in the kitchen to a better location. He even helped us with installing baseboards. He also advised us in dealing with several future issues on our own. David's service was absolutely invaluable to us and we are forever grateful. Hire him!

It went flawlessly!!!! I can only tell you that David was amazing! He was punctual and professional! He kept me in the loop the entire time, before the services were performed and during the day of service. No surprises, totally up front from the start! He never stopped. He was respectful of my home and myself! He is a true professional! Good old fashioned craftsmanship tied in with good old fashioned professionalism. It ceases to exist anymore. But let me say this. David is absolutely wonderful! Down to earth and reliable! He gave me so many wonderful ideas for the spring and for the next visit. I would have him back in my home every time! Dave was upfront about the length of time the job would take, and helpful in guiding us to purchase materials we'd need to complete the work. We would definitely hire Dave again, and have scheduled additional maintenance work to be completed in the next month or so.

Work went very well. David was very diligent in making sure he was correct before moving forward, but not in a wasteful way. He was also very friendly and did not allow for socializing to interrupt the work needing to be done (important since the deal I bought was time based).

David was an absolute Godsend. He took care of many little jobs that needed to be done for a long time. He went above and my expectations.. I plan to have him back to take care of things for future sale of our house. There doesn't seem to be anything he can't do. David is amazing - he arrived on time and worked through our list quickly and efficiently. As someone who worked with a contractor throughout college, I was impressed at how on-task & knowledgable David was throughout our 6 hours with him. He found several code violations that he fixed along the way. We are having him back to finish out our punch list (it was LONG and we never expected he would get through all of it in 6 hours!). His number is in my phone, and he has become my go-to handyguy. Hire him.
