It was good. He was thorough. His price was competitive. All his pesticide stuff was organic. The pesticides were like natural stuff that killed the bugs and I have a little kid and a dog. He explained the whole process and he was good. I would absolutely use them again.

Called Bob the Bug Guy and he came for an inspection and estimate within days. He then came at our agreed upon date promptly. I vaccuumed thoroughly as recommended, cleaned the bedding, blankets, furniture, and rugs. He sprayed the inside of the house and the smell was not overwhelming and I was in the uncarpeted kitchen. Left the house for over two hours then returned and vaccuumed again and vaccuumed-up numerous insects then tossed the vaccuum bag. They also sprayed outside around the house, porch and partial yard. My house is wonderfully bug free and I am able to sleep without waking to bug/spider bites. I will be using Bob the Bug Guy for seasonal updates. Great job and I recommend Bob the Bug Guy.

Look no further, Bob is the best. The review does not indicate that he is licensed and bonded but in fact he is and as part of his visit he shows you his credentials up front. We contacted him for an ant problem. After contacting another provider who quoted us a price of $350 over the phone, Bob indicated that he could not quote a price until he saw the extent of the problem and what kind of ants we were seeing. I told him that i was an organic gardener and was very concerned about the impact of the chemicals on my garden. Not only did he take my concerns very seriously, he provided me with the names and numbers of the chemicals that he would use so that I could look up their toxicity and determine what my preferences would be. When it turned out that we had carpenter ants we could not avoid treatment. He found where they were coming into the house and treated a limited area, indicating that if that problem was not resolved he would come back. The problem was resolved and the final cost was $125. In addition he was professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He gets our highest recommendation

As always it went well...A day after he did the application we found dead little crawlers in the area he treated. Bob always asks where the trouble areas are and if they are not gone be backs up his work because he will come back. Again we have use him for 11 years and many of our neighbors also are very pleased with him. Bob the Bug guy is the best around ..

He is a little bit expensive but he does a very thorough job.

He came out in between the scheduled visits to take care of a situation where we found some insects. He was willing to come out and take care of it for us. We just pay him once and we are covered for the whole year.

Fantastic experience

Responded to my phone message right away and made an appointment at my convenience. Showed up on time, went to work right away. Found the source of the problem. Explained the work he did. Sprayed inside and out.

Bob set up the appointment through my husband, and I was told that the appointment would be between 8 and 10 am. However, Bob arrived at 9:45 am on the day of the appointment, and was not responsive to 3 phone calls that I made between 8:30 and 9:30 am. I had to leave for work, and Bob apologized for being late and sprayed the inside of the house quickly so that I could leave for work. I am still undecided if we will continue to use this service in the future.

We spoke with the big companies and we really didn't want to go with them. Bob came out and he was super pleasant and nice to our children. He assessed the situation and told us what needed to be done. He explained the follow up procedures if we still had the issue and his recommendation for preventive measures. He was fantastic. He called me back the same day that I left the message. He came within a day or two. He explained everything that he was doing and he left recommendations for preventive things in the spring. His prices were very reasonable and it worked. We don't have carpenter ants.

He has the best pest control service that I've used. He is very diligent. He will come immediately to help you out. I am allergic to bees, so I need him to get there as quickly as possible, and he does. He is very thorough. He explains everything that he uses in your house.
