Animal Boarding Kennels
They stood out to me when I first began using them because of how well they treated my friend's cat who had crystals in his urine. My dog loves to go to the vet. He wags his tail on the way in so much that I can't get him on the scale! I have probably been to each one of the vets and all have been excellent. They are also very good with my cat who is pretty neurotic.

I love them and my dog loves going to them. I've never had a dog that loved going to the vet. He gets groomed, kenneled and vet services there. He's been doing it for 6 years and he loves it. He is like Norm from Cheers. A vet visit is $45, grooming is $38 and kennel is $21. They give him a discount for grooming because he is so good. I would never go to any other vet. I have no complaints at all about them. They have email and they let me know when he needs his shots or grooming. They have Santa Claus there in December. My dog gets his picture with Santa every year. It is one of the doctors. The groomer gets them handmade hankies to wear around their necks. They are great and I've never had any trouble. I have recommended them to many people. My dog got bit on the neck by a pit bull and their service was excellent.

They are very professional. They care about the pets. They always aware of what's going on with the pet and always stay on top of it like our child in the pediatrician's office. They are very good people. I chose them over others because of the convenience.

I drop my female Rotweiler off between 8:30-9:30 on a Thursday morning. I pick my dog up around 8:00 that evening I noticed that my dog was not right she was agitated and seem like she was in pain. The nurse explained what to do to care for my dog. She the nurse advised us to give 3 trimadols every 8-12 hours. The next day I spoke to the owner over the phone and he heard my dog in the background crying in pain. I received a call back a few moment s later to bring my dog back around. They Glenoden took her into the back and shaved her side to put on a pain patch on her. I spoke to the owner about her condition she was crying anxious she wasn't herself. I took dog home and after a few hours she ripped off the pain patch. My wife called vet and they said bring her back around. My wife brought dog back home and within an hour my dog started to have a seizour. So I and my wife brought to vet again mind you this is the fourth time that my dog was at vet after her procedure after arriving to vet they took dog back and proceded to give her Valium. After an half hour passed the doctor came out and said were not equipped to handle over night care and she recommended going somewhere else for overnight treatment. I and my wife said we would take her to VCA Old Marple. I had to carry my dog out to car. While doing this the vet charged my wife for the visit my you this was her fourth time we were there. We paid bill and went to Vca Old Marple. My dog was diagnosed with some sort of liver disease prior of her having this procedure done. I and my wife brought all of her paperwork around to vet before procedure was done. Glenoden Vets didn't say if there would be any complications if my dog went through procedurewhile having liver disease If I would've be told their could be some complications while having procedure I would have not had procedure done. I and my wife weren't told that if my dog with her condition goes a long with procedure that there would be complications. I didn't sign any documents stating any possible risks associated with procedure. Glendoden seem to only care about their bottom line instead of the well being of my dog. My dog after had to be euthanized because she wouldn't stop having seizors. I definetly would not recommend this vet to anyone not only am I financially strap after all of these vets bills but I don't have my dog anymore. R.I.P My love Misty

The vet that I had seen on my initial visit was considerate and very thorough, Dr Mayer explained the procedure ,costs and what I needed to do when I brought Archie home. I was even given a free 5 lb bag of dry cat food to sample, along with a free kitten revolution kit.
I have since brought in Archie for treatment of allergies and Alvin to have his anal gland expressed. The vets take their time with you, you don't feel like they are hurrying you along to get to their next patient.
So far , I have seen Dr. Mayer, Dr. Sprowls and Dr. Rieder and they have all been extremely thorough and informative . And they all show a genuine concern for your animal.
