The people who come to do the work are very nice and personable. They are friendly. I didn't have any problem. I had one heck of a layer that was inconvenient and they came thrice. They can just put chemical safely in your house. They kept coming back until the problem was solved. They were really helpful. My overall experience was excellent. They have done really good for me. They were very responsive and professional. I would use them in the future.

I had a terrible mouse problem. They had taken over the kitchen and felt free to go anywhere, no matter what kind of traps I set out or what I did with food. Obviously, they were entrenched in areas of the house I couldn't reach. A-1 sent two guys out; one was clearly the professional and extremely knowledgable. They were in my house for about an hour and a half and explained what they were doing in extreme detail: how the poison they were placing was not in areas that would hurt my dogs, showed me every placement that they could, told me the dead mice wouldn't smell even if they were trapped, and said to call if after 48 hours, I saw another mouse. We haven't seen one mouse dropping or mouse since they were here. Not one. And everything they told me was true. A great value, and really professional service.
