I heartily recommend Rich of Zachary Appliance to anyone. He was very friendly and personable. He returned my initial call promptly and offered to come out the next day. He was reasonably punctual for the appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but did not have the required part with him. He went out of his way to go to his supplier right away and was back within the hour to install the new part. (It would not have been unreasonable for him to have us wait until he could return the next day.) The price was fair and the dryer works perfectly now.

I contacted Zachary Appliance Service Sunday, August 28, 2016 (morning) left voicemail. A return call was completed to me first thing Monday, August 29, 2016 (morning). I explained the problem I was having with my refrigerator and he (Rich) arrived at my house within the hour to seek out the root cause of the issue with my refrigerator. Although, he didn't have the part needed he immediately ordered it and had it delivered to him with two days. Rich came out the same morning he received the part needed. He installed the part and my refrigerator is back up and running very well. Thank you Rich, I appreciate your help and my wife is one happy camper again. I would recommend Zachary Appliance Service to anyone. Very reliable.

We never used Zachary Appliance Service before. It was a great experience. We called at 10:15am and left a message for a return call. At 11:00am Rich called back and said he could be at our house in 1/2 hour. He showed 20 mins. later! He quickly diagnosed problem related to the accuwash sensor in the machine. He could replace part or disconnect it (not a necessary fuction). Based on the age of the washer (10 years old) we chose to have it disconnected rather than replace that part. The washer runs fine without it. We were just charged the service call fee. Rich saved us some money by not replacing an apparently unnessary part, THANKS RICH!!!!!

Rich arrived at my house within 1 hour of my call to him. He checked out the dishwasher and determined what the problem was very quickly. He had to order the part and he came back 2 days later to repair the dishwasher. He would have come one day later, but I didn't check my answering machine for messages that day. He was very friendly and I felt that he was charging me a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone.
