My wife called and left a message about our problem on a Sunday. 1st thing Monday, 8:00am Rich called to schedule our repair. He informed her their were two calls to be done first and then he would be over. He would be over "this morning". True to his word, 10:30am he showed. At 11:00am her dryer was repaired. Thank-you for a GREAT REPAIR RICH!!
