IMPECCABLE - Warren is hands down one of the best craftsmen I have ever had the privilege of working with. My father has been a custom woodworker for over 40 years and attended Williamson Free Trade School, and the work that Warren did on our home even won him over. We had a new custom staircase built and needed to have pre-finished Brazilian Cherry hardwood installed in our second-floor foyer - it was a very small job but it had several tough cuts and angles that needed to be executed with precision. Warren came out within a day of me contacting him and gave a fair price for the project. He was incredibly easy to coordinate with and upon coming in to do the work, his execution was fast and absolutely flawless. I only wish we had found him sooner!!! If you are looking for someone to do exceptional work, on time, and at a fair price, look no further - it goes without saying that Warren is our go-to for projects going forward.

Painted kitchen cabinet doors but the type of paint should be super durable. Kitchen looked beautiful but I had to be careful about how I cleaned the cabinets.

I don't like when you speak to, and receive a quote from one person and then someone else does the work. Both were very nice and polite however, the man who did the work was not familiar with the plan I had with the salesperson. For example, he came at 7:55 when I had planned on 7:30, he did not replace the base board when it was in the quote (and then I only got reimbursed the material not the labor), I had discussed a random diamond design and what I came home to was a an unbalanced block in front of the sink- I had discussed with the salesperson texting me a pic before finalizing the design so I could approve but when I got home it was a done deal and I didn't want to insist he tear it up. So, although they were very nice and I hate giving a bad review, that is just too many mistakes for me to be completely happy. They need to communicate better.

Sarah arrived on time to paint the ceiling and the walls in one of our bedrooms. She did an amazing job and finished the job within a few hours. I would definitely hire them again!

I was very satisfied with the wood staining and wood work by Warren. Their salesman Cliff was very professional and lived up to the work they said they were to perform in my home. The only thing I had a small issue,when they do shiners they should make sure they go over the shiners twice to make sure they're all gone. But overall the service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend to family, friends, neighbors etc.

Warren McCulley and his crew are true professionals. I hired them to complete a vinyl tile install in the kitchen that was left incomplete by an installer who was not so professional. Once the job was completed the difference between the two installs was like night and day, making the experience somewhat bittersweet because I wish I had found WSM Interior Customs initially when I was doing the whole house install of hardwood flooring. Warren went so far as to fix the mistakes made by the previous installer at no extra charge. I have already recommended this company to friends, and have already hired them again to do some repairs to my garage frame, and will be using them for all my future projects. Sometimes good things can come from a bad situation. I highly recommend WSM Interior Customs, they are consummate professionals.

Warren and his crew took 160 year old painted floors and made them look amazing. I would not hesitate to use WSM again or to recommend them.

I was looking for a carpenter who could cut down my cabinet so my new refrigerator could fit.. He did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Warren to my Friends and neighbors.
