Tim called to say that they would delayed. Arrived when he said with his assistant. In no time at all he knew exactly what was causing the problems and fixed the leak and told us what the living room ceiling problem was and we are looking into that now. Thanks Tim. Besides being super knowledgeable, he's nice and makes you feel very comfortable.

Great guy and I,ll be using him again for sure.

Overall, a very good experience. Work was performed as it was originally described and in a very professional manner. Jack has been my go-to plumber of choice.  I would recommend him highly.

We called Jack Moore after using him a few years back.  He responded quickly to our initial phone call and was at our house exactly when he said he would be.  Our hook  up wasn't properly installed by the previous owners so he had to come back with the rest of his supplies to install the water heater properly.  He returned as promised and the new heater was installed.

He did the work fine, but attitude was a problem. Did not seem to be "into" his work.

Very quickly done. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was on-time. Power equipment was broken, so manual plunges were used outside and clog flushed through quickly. No estimate given (luckily it was pretty inexpensive for a plumbing call), but price was reasonable.

The sub flooring was accidentally installed before the building inspector was out to see the work. When he got there he asked who did the work. I told him Jack Moore and he said no problem I know his work I will not make you rip up the floor since this is his work. That right there tells you his work is trusted and reliable.

Jack is one of the best plumbers we have ever found. He is courteous, very knowledgeable, and gives us great tips on the care and upkeep of our plumbing.
