equipment rentals
+ -1 moreI needed an excavator to remove rocks and to dig holes to plant a tree and bushes. I considered renting a mini-backhoe from Home Depot, but the rental price from Ludwig's was actually less for a much larger, more powerful backhoe. In unique cases the Home Depot rental may be less because it includes a trailer that the renter must tow, whereas Ludwig's charges a fee for delivery and pick-up. The staff at Ludwig's was very helpful. I had never operated a backhoe before, but they taught me what I needed to know and convinced me that with a little practice I could get the job done. They were right!
