I would like to start by saying that my family loves Dr. Ciaverelli. If you do decide to go to this vet after my review, ask for her and stick with her. She’s the only one we trust. She is great. The service that we received from the other doctors and nurses can only be described as negligent or a complete lack of care for our dog. It started about a year ago when someone other than Dr. Ciaverelli diagnosed our dog with a strain when he actually had cancer. The doctor was short and even felt cold to the point that we did not feel that she had a vested interest in our dog. I submitted a formal complaint to the owner and this time he actually reached to me to address my concerns. The poor care continued when our dog needed to come in for X-rays earlier this year. They said that they needed to sedate him and to not feed him food or water after 12pm. They ended up not sedating him and when we picked him up at 2pm and it was clear that he wasn’t given any food or water all morning. The last straws were last month when our now 3-legged dog (because of the cancer) fell down the stairs and we could not stop the bleeding. We called the emergency line 5 times and never heard back. Luckily, we were able to stop the bleeding but I wanted them to address why the emergency line did not work. I sent an email and never heard back from the office manager or the owner. Because of the fall, he needed one of his nails removed which required a bandage for a week. We needed to go back 4 times because the nurses did not do it correctly. One time, they covered his entire leg including his paw which doesn’t work even for a 4-legged dog. He also had sores on his leg for weeks because the last bandage was applied directly to this fur. The best part is they charged us each time to put the bandage back on. When we sent an email to the office manager and owner this time, we said that we have decided to move onto to another vet. No one ever reached out to apologize or to address our concerns. They just sent our dog’s records in the mail with another $38 bill for the last bandage. We kept coming back because we love Dr. Ciaverelli and the vet is close to our house but we should have left sooner. In all of our emails, we said that we are hoping that improvements are made from our experiences and that we do not want others to experience the same things. Not responding to our last two emails shows their complete lack of caring. I hope that this review either prevents you from experiencing what we did or pushes Glenmoore to make some changes.

They’re another group that is very good with everything. They’re great up there. It was $340 or so, that’s for 2 dogs, for all their shots and everything. They are my go to vet. They’re due this month, they’re going to go in a week or so.

We usually see Dr. Roesener and he is wonderful with the animals and us and very prompt. We also see Dr. Tremoglie and he is terrific but so busy he is less prompt. All doctors in the practice are kept advised of various cases and one doctor always takes calls on weekends if a pet is ill or hurt. The doctors research issues and conditions that they are not as familiar with and I know that Dr. Tremoglie has conferred with major researchers on various problems our pets have had. We have been going to the practice with our pets for 15 years and would never go anywhere else. They are very caring and sympathetic as well as professional.

Our youngest cat was sick and she kept sneezing and coughing and we took her to the Vet, I got a quick appt. and the day we went it snowed but they remained open and saw her. They did an exam on her and quickly found the problem and gave her some meds and sent us on our way. Within a few days she was back to being a typical kitten.

Desk staff very nasty and unprofessional. Vet staff young and inexperienced yet performed simple proceedures to prepare pet for doctor. Doctor is very knowledeable and very good but desk staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Desk staff seem chatty and gossip amongst themselves.
Vet staff walked my dogs and I to office to visit with the doctor. The doctor was always very good with diagnosis and examinations with my dogs. I had gone to this Vet for 15+ years. But since the new office and the larger new staff, things began to change with his office staff. I have no complaint with the Vet, Dr. Tramogli and his pricing is lower than all the other vets in the area. But his office staff needs to be replaced.Patrick T.

The vet that we use is hands down perfect. I like everything about them. I have had cats all of my life. We got married with a cat. We started using them because they are close by. Dr Jamalie is the owner and then he has vets working under him. Every single one is so knowledgeable and they explain to us everything. They want to make sure that we understand what is going on. They do not try to sell us other products, like cat or dog food. It is truly a health provider for animals. They are compassionate, nice, polite and well educated. He has an internist programs.

Experienced and very caring staff. Did not add any "extras" to the bill that some vet offices seem to think are necessary. Very attentive to the animal's needs and also very gentle with the animal.

I have been going to Glenmoore Veterinary Hospital for approximately 4 years for my two cats. I have been very pleased with the professional service and clean facilities. The staff are always friendly and they were especially accommodating when I would visit one of my cats that was hospitalized for an extended period of time. The vets present the facts and treatment options without pressure. When I made the difficult decision for euthanasia, they were very professional and compassionate through the ordeal. I highly recommend them.
