We will probably never use them again. I have had a few bad experiences with them now. They checked everything and said it was fine, but their was a leak of transmission fluid in my daughters car. They never told us their was a leakage. They said due to battery which it wasn't and she broke down in the middle of street. My daughter will go on Wednesday and see if can take care of it. We complained to Toyota, but we lost confidence in this company. If we had issues in 90 days would be 50% discount, and now need new transmission and didn't do as they said.they would.

They are great, really professional, everything clean, the interior where I wait is clean. They also look over the car and see anything that might be coming up in the future. Its not cheap but it is good work.

After repeat visits to fix a problem indicated by a service light, I got a courtesy car and left them my car to repair and test drive to
make sure that the service light did not come back on, as required by PA inspection.  They did not do the test drive; the service light came back on the next day.

I had taken my car to another dealer for an oil change and had asked them to check my front brakes because I thought they may be due for replacement. They recommended I have my front brakes replaced because the pads were at 2/32 inch. I didn't have the time to wait another hour to have the service done and I thought the price was a little high so I decided to shop around. I ended up going to Team Toyota and when they checked my brakes, they recommended that they not be replaced because the front brake pads had a lot left on them (5/32 and 6/32). They could have easily replaced them and performed the service and I would not have questioned it but they were honest and did not even charge me for checking them. Needless to say, this experience has won me over as a customer and I will be going there from now on for any service on either of my family's vehicles.

I was told that the car did not pass inspection and needed roughly $1700 in repairs to pass inspection. In addition, they told me the power steering fluid was leaking and the radiator was leaking. These items would not be required for the state sticker, but were highly recommended to be repaired. All three items would total $3300, greater than the value of the car. I told them not to do the work, yet I sat at Team Toyota for over 4 hours for the little they did do. I only paid for what was done, a total of $157.54. I started looking for a used van to replace this one. After sleeping on it I realized I should take the van to the garage where I usually have work done. They passed the van for everything on the state inspection except for one of the tires that was so warn through it had a hole through the rubber. They brought me in the garage and showed me the tire, also said it was obvious the alignment was out of whack, explaining the uneven wear of the tires. They showed me what Team Toyota failed on inspection and explained why they weren't failing it. They checked the radiator and steering fluid and said there were no leaks. I bought 4 new tires and was done, really only needed one new tire. I will never go back to Team Toyota.

The service I received at Team was excellent, they provide the best price even when compared to non dealers. I was able to get my quote via email, which was great as I do not have time during the day to call for service appointments. The car was completed before the agreed upon time and the work was done correctly the first time. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and friendly. They do a decent job. They give me free oil change a couple of times in the year. They are honest. I make an appointment so that I sit and wait for the car and they have free internet and waiting area with coffee so it is pretty good atmosphere. They were very professional. They explain everything very well. They are good.

We have used them for many, many years - we have four Toyotas. Over the course of the years it may even have been more than that if I go all the way back. You can contact them via email or call in to schedule an appointment. They are very good on service and very prompt on scheduling appointments and sending reminders for periodic mileage checkup; they are very proactive. I had my car there in March and there was a warranty repair done and then I had the standard mileage checkup. They also provide, or you can rent a car, so it's a drop off or you can wait, depending on the size of the repair so it's very convenient.

Dropped off the car the night before. They called to confirm I was OK with them putting on new front brakes. They called when it was ready. I picked it up around 8:00 - you can pick it up until they close even if the service department isn't open. They are good at what they do. They generally do everything "by the book" and they aren't cheap. But they are reliable. I have used them for about 10 years and I have never had to take a car back to them to have something re-fixed. Bottom line very good but only so-so prices.

Over the years, I haven't been a big fan of going to auto dealers for service but this is the exception. The folks are real great in working from pricing and service so forth has been really good.

I usually look forward to purchasing a new vehicle about as much as having a root canal, but the experience at Carousel was amazingly enjoyable. Having arrived with all of my research, including trade-in value, sale price, and financing, I expected a long and arduous negotiation. Instead, the salesperson, Chris Castor, worked with us in an incredibly respectful manner and, in less than thirty minutes, we sealed the deal! The best part was that Chris was engaging, energetic, and downright funny! He never disappeared and left us sitting in a cubicle for long periods of time (like other dealerships). Each time he had to leave, he explained what he was doing and how quickly he would return. In every case, he kept his word and the process sailed along quickly. After experiencing Carousel Toyota, I doubt that we would purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Because Chris made the experience so easy and enjoyable, we are already planning to purchase another new vehicle from Carousel, hopefully by the end of this year.
